Բերդ համայնքում կայանալիք տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններին քարոզչություն կատարելուն հարկադրելու համար երկու անձի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից:
ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական դեպարտամենտում նախաձեռնված, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացված քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի Բերդի համայնքապետարանի աշխատակազմի քարտուղարի և նույն համայնքի Ներքին Կարմիրաղբյուր բնակավայրի վարչական ղեկավարի կողմից 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 25-ին Բերդ համայնքում կայանալիք տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններին քարոզչություն կատարելուն հարկադրելու դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ:
Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ վերոնշյալ անձինք, 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 25-ին Բերդ համայնքում կայանալիք տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններին սատարելով «Զորավոր համայնք» դաշինքին, օգտագործելով իրենց տրված իշխանական լիազորությունները և դրանցով պայմանավորված ազդեցությունը, Բերդ համայնքի ղեկավարի և «Ներքին Կարմիրաղբյուրի մանկապարտեզ» ՀՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարի միջև կնքված աշխատանքային պայմանագիրը լուծելու և պայմանագրի ժամկետը դադարեցնելու սպառնալիքով, 2022 թվականի օգոստոսին վերջինիս հարկադրել են ընդգրկվել հիշյալ դաշինքում և նույն դաշինքի օգտին կատարել քարոզչություն՝ այդ կերպ հարկադրելով նրան հրաժարվել իր նախընտրած կուսակցության օգտին նախընտրկան քարոզչություն կատարելուց:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի Բերդի համայնքապետարանի աշխատակազմի քարտուղարի և նույն համայնքի Ներքին Կարմիրաղբյուր բնակավայրի վարչական ղեկավարի նկատմամբ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 211-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ և 5-րդ կետերով նախատեսված առերևույթ հանցանքի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում որոշում է կայացվել ազատության մեջ գտնվող մեղադրյալներին ձերբակալելու մասին, որի կատարումը հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչության համապատասխան ծառայողներին:
