Ռուսաստանի և Վրաստանի սահմանին գտնվող «Վերին Լարս-Կազբեգի» անցակետում մի քանի կիլոմետրանոց խցանումներ են գոյացել։ Яндекс.Карты ծառայության տվյալներով՝ սեպտեմբերի 23-ի ժամը 12:00-ի դրությամբ մեքենաների շարանը ձգվել է ինը կիլոմետր։
Արդեն սահմանը հատած քաղաքացիներն ասում են, որ 6-ից 18-ը հերթ են կանգնել, գրում է news.ru-ն:
Ինչպես նշում են սահմանին հերթի մեջ գտնվողները, շատերը, ովքեր ցանկանում են հասնել Վրաստան, անցակետ են գալիս հեծանիվներով և սկուտերներով՝ այդպիսով խնայելով ժամանակը։ Երկու պետությունների սահմանը ոտքով հատելն արգելված է, սակայն շարժական փոխադրամիջոցներն արգելված չեն։
Ավելի վաղ Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը հայտարարել էր, որ Ռուսաստանի սահմաններին և օդանավակայաններում տիրող իրարանցումի մասին տեղեկությունները խիստ ուռճացված են։ Նրա խոսքով՝ նման տեղեկատվությանը պետք է շատ զգույշ վերաբերվել։ Սեպտեմբերի 21-ին ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը դիմել է քաղաքացիներին՝ հայտարարելով մասնակի մոբիլիզացիա, համապատասխան հրամանագիրն արդեն ստորագրված է։ Նախագահի խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում մասնակի զորահավաքի շրջանակում զորակոչի կենթարկվեն միայն պահեստազորի քաղաքացիները, առաջին հերթին նրանք, ովքեր մարտական փորձ ունեն։
Այնուհետև ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարության ղեկավար Սերգեյ Շոյգուն պարզաբանել է, որ մասնակի մոբիլիզացիա, առաջին հերթին, անհրաժեշտ է տարածքները և Դոնբասում 1000 կիլոմետրանոց շփման գիծը վերահսկելու համար։ Նա հավելել է, որ զորակոչվելու է 300 000 պահեստազորային։ Շոյգուն նաև ասել է, որ մասնակի մոբիլիզացիան չի ազդի ուսանողների և ժամկետային զինծառայողների վրա։
