Վարդենիսի սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերից ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով տարհանվել է 539 ընտանիք

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեմ սեպտեմբերի 13-ին Ադրբեջանի ձեռնարկած ագրեսիայի հետեւանքով Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վարդենիս համայնքի սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերից տարհանվել է 539 ընտանիք՝ 2121 շնչով։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Կարեն Սարգսյանը, տարհանված ընտանիքները հիմնականում ապաստան են գտել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ամենատարբեր բնակավայրերում։ Որոշ մասն էլ ապաստանել են Երեւանում կամ Հայաստանի այլ մարզերում՝ իրենց հարազատների կամ ծանոթների տներում։ Թշնամու կողմից ձեռնարկած հրթիռահրետանային հարձակման հետեւանքով, նախնական տվյալներով, վնասվել է 73 բնակարան, որից 7-ը՝ Սոթք գյուղում, պիտանի չէ հետագա բնակության համար։ Վնասվել են նաեւ Սոթքի դպրոցի եւ բուժկետի շենքերը, ինչպես նաեւ ենթակառուցվածքներ Կութում, Ազատում, Տրետուքում։
Տարհանված բնակչությանն իրենց մշտական բնակավայրեր վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ այժմ կատարվում է կարիքների գնահատում։
«Տարհանված բնակչության, ագրեսիայի հետեւանքների վերացման, կարիքների գնահատումը Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի եւ Վարդենիսի համայնքապետարանի կողմից մոտենում է ավարտին։
Տարհանված բնակչությանը, պետական կամ հասարակական, միջազգային կառույցների օժանդակությամբ, հատկացվում է օգնություն, հոգեբանական աջակցություն, քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում նրանց՝ իրենց մշտական բնակավայրեր վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ։ Դրա համար առաջնահերթ է վնասված բնակարանների եւ ենթակառուցվածքների վերականգնումը, ինչի համար մեզ որոշակի միջոցներ ու ժամանակ է հարկավոր։
ՀՀ կառավարությունը հայտնել է իր պատրաստակամությունը՝ համապատասխան միջոցներ տրամադրելու ուղղությամբ։ Կարիքների գնահատումից հետո առաջին հերթին կնորոգվեն այն բնակարանները, որոնք համեմատաբար քիչ վնասներ են կրել եւ ենթակա են արագ վերականգնման։ Իսկ այն բնակարանները, որոնք նորոգման համար պիտանի չեն, կկառուցվեն հիմքից, որի համար արդեն որոշակի ժամանակ է պահանջվելու, մանավանդ, որ առջեւում արդեն շինարարական աշխատանքների համար ոչ բարենպաստ ամիսներն են։
Բոլոր տարհանված ընտանիքները գտնվում են մեր ամենօրյա ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ Այսօրվա դրությամբ տարհանված 539 ընտանիքներից իրենց բնակության վայրեր են վերադարձել 442-ը՝ 712 շնչով։ Ասել է, թե ընտանիքները վերադարձել են տան անդամների ոչ լիարժեք կազմով»,-ներկայացրեց մարզպետ Կարեն Սարգսյանը։
