Անհայրենիք գրչակի ղեկավարած թիմում միակ բանը, որ կատարվում է անթերի, մանիպուլյատիվ տեղեկատվության տարածումն է։ Նման բովանդակությամբ մի հայտարարություն էլ տարածեց Ոստիկանությունը՝ նպատակ ունենալով հանրային կարծիքը շեղել իրենց գործած ստոր և բարոյականության սահմաններից դուրս արարքներից։ Միայն բառեր, բառեր, բառեր և հակառակը փաստող գործողություններ՝ ամեն ինչ այս կառավարության բանաձևերի համաձայն։ 44-օրյա պատերազմում նահատակված զինծառայողների ծնողները հայտարարություն են տարածել, որը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

«Մենք՝ պայքարի դուրս եկած ծնողներս, հայտարարում ենք.

Առաջին. Այլևս չհամարձակվե՛ք Եռաբլուրը շփոթել գերեզմանի հետ։  Այնտեղ են հանգչում գաղափարի համար մարտնչածներն ու կյանք տվածները։ Նրանք, ովքեր դավաճանել են այդ գաղափարները, նրանք, ովքեր փախել են, նրանք, ովքեր ծնկել են թշնամու առաջ, նրանք, ովքեր չեն հասկանում, թե ինչ է պայքարը, իրավունք չունեն մուտք գործելու սրբավայր։

Երկրորդ. Ի՞նչ կապ ունեք դուք՝ ձեր նկարագրած ազատության և անկախության համար պայքար մղած Ոստիկանության հետ։ Ի՞նչ կապ ունեք դուք հայրենիքի համար կյանք տված ոստիկանների հետ, ինչպե՞ս եք դուք նայում նրանց ծնողների և երեխաների աչքերին, երբ առանց աչք թարթելու՝ գետնին եք տապալում և քարշ տալիս հերոսածին մայրերին։ Ի՞նչ արժեքներ եք կրում դուք, ո՞րն է ընդհանրապես ձեր ապրելու իմաստը։

Այո՛, ոստիկանության բազմաթիվ ծառայողներ, որպես իրական հայեր և հայրենասերներ, իրենց կյանքն են տվել հայրենիքի համար, և մենք նրանց հիշատակի պաշտպանն էլ ենք։ Նրանք մերն են, և ոչ մի կերպ՝ ձերը։

Երրորդ. Ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներ, դուք այս ապազգային իշխանությունների միակ հենարանն եք։ Դարձել եք նիկոլ փաշինյանի և նրա կամակատար վահե ղազարյանի ազգադավ օրակարգի իրականացնողները։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով էլ ամբողջությամբ պատասխանատու եք այն ամենի համար, ինչ կատարվում է Հայաստանում։ Չի ստացվելու մի կողմ քաշվել ու միամիտ աչքերով փորձել հասկացնել, թե չգիտեիք՝ ինչ է կատարվում։

Ինչ վերաբերում է մեր պայքարին, ապա մենք գիտենք՝ ինչի համար ենք ապրում և ուր ենք գնում։ Մենք ունենք Եռաբլուր և հայրենիք, որի համար թափվել է մեր տղաների արյունը։ Մենք երբեք չենք նահանջի և անպայման հաղթելու ենք։ Եվ վերջում՝ ևս մեկ անգամ, իսկ ի՞նչ արժեքներ եք կրում դուք, ո՞րն է ընդհանրապես ձեր ապրելու իմաստը»,-ասված է հայտարարության մեջ։
