«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա շրջապատի բարոյական և մարդկային արժեքները վաղուց են պարզ, և միայն նրանց հեռացումն է իշխանությունից, որ լիակատար, լիարժեք հանգուցալուծում կտա շարունակվող մղձավանջին»։

«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանն է արել այս արձանագրումը՝ անդրադառնալով Եռաբլուրում կարմիր բերետավորների կողմից տեղի ունեցած բռնություններին։

«Մեր երկրի անկախության օրը մթագնվեց բացարձակ անթույլատրելի, անբացատրելի և խորապես վիրավորական իրադարձությամբ, տխրահռչակ կարմիր բերետավորները առավել գռեհիկ, լպիրշ ձևերով բերման ենթարկեցին զոհված զինծառայողների տասնյակ ծնողների՝ ճանապարհ բացելով վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա շքախմբի համար, նույն այդ ծնողների զոհված որդիների շիրիմները իբր թե «հարգելու» համար»,- նշում է Ավետիք Չալաբյանը։

Հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչն արձանագրում է, որ Փաշինյանի կարմիր բերետավոր պաշտպանները վերածվել են իսկական ենիչերիների զորքի՝ անհայրենիք և աննամուս, և պետք է օր առաջ լուծարվեն։

«Եթե դա չանի Փաշինյանը, ապա դա պարտավոր է անել ցանկացած նոր իշխանություն, որը կհաջորդի Փաշինյանին՝ ազատելու մեր երկիրը այս խայտառակությունից»,- նշել է Ավետիք Չալաբյանը։

Այս արձանագրումը առավել կարևոր է նրանով, որ կարմիր բերետավորների կոհորտան տարիներ շարունակ թե՛ նախկին իշխանությունների և թե՛ գործող իշխանությունների օրոք բռնություններ է գործադրել քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսների, շարքային քաղաքացիների, հասարակ մարդկանց նկատմամբ՝ գնալով ավելի կատարելագործվելով և ավելի լկտիանալով ՝ ընդհուպ հասնելով իրենց որդիների գերեզմանների մոտ զոհվածների ծնողներին դաժանաբար ծեծի ենթարկելուն։

Միայն ոստիկանական լրջագույն բարեփոխումների պայմաններում հնարավոր կլինի երկիրն ազատել խայտառակ այս իրավիճակից, իսկ իրավապահ կառույցները դարձնել ոչ թե իշխանությունների կամակատարի և բութ գործիքի, այլ իսկապես հասարակական կարգը պաշտպանողի և հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարողի։
