Սեպտեմբերի 21-ին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը ՄԱԿ ԳԱ 77-րդ նստաշրջանի շրջանակներում հանդիպել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Գլխավոր քարտուղար Մարիա Պեյչինովիչ Բուրիչի հետ։ Հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից։

Արարատ Միրզոյանն իր գործընկերոջն է ներկայացրել Ադրբեջանի կողմից ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքի նկատմամբ սանձազերծված ագրեսիայի մանրամասները՝ անթույլատրելի համարելով ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից քաղաքացիական բնակչության և ենթակառուցվածքների միտումնավոր թիրախավորման, հայ զինծառայողների և ռազմագերիների նկատմամբ անմարդկային վերաբերմունքի ու խոշտանգումների դեպքերը։

ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանի նմանատիպ գործողությունները բացահայտ արհամարհանք են միջազգային իրավունքի հիմնարար նորմերի և Եվրոպայի խորհրդի շրջանակներում անդամ երկրների կողմից ստանձնած պատավորությունների նկատմամբ և պետք է համապատասխան հետևանքներ ունենան։

Հայկական կողմն ընդգծել է ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականության պահպանման, իրենց նախնական դիրքեր ադրբեջանական զորքերի վերադարձի, հայ ռազմագերիների անհապաղ հայրենադարձման, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանում կայունության վերականգման և խաղաղության հաստատման անհրաժեշտությունը:

Արարատ Միրզոյանը կարևորել է միջազգային կազմակերպությունների՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ անխափան մուտքի ապահովումը։ Նախարարը նաև հույս է հայտնել, որ Արցախի բնակչության հիմնարար իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցում Եվրոպայի խորհուրդն առավել հաստատակամ և հետևողական կլինի։

Երկուստեք կարևորվել է Հայաստան-ԵԽ համագործակցության շրջանակներում Հայաստանում իրականացվող բարեփոխումների գործընթացի շարունակականությունը:
