«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Սեպտեմբերի 14-ին ԱԺ-ում «թուղթ ստորագրելու» մասին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտնի հայտարարությունից հետո մեր բազմահազար քաղաքացիներ շտապեցին Բաղրամյան պողոտա։ Ու մինչ այդ հսկայական բազմությունից սարսափահար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան լայվի միջոցով փորձում էր «հերքել» կամ «թարգմանել» իր իսկ ասածը, ճիշտ նույն րոպեներին հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը և բավական կոշտ գնահատականներ հնչեցրեց: «Մենք բազմիցս հայտարարել ենք ու հիմա էլ վերահաստատում ենք, որ մեզ համար անընդունելի են բոլոր այն փաստաթղթերը, որոնք կարող են Արցախը ճանաչել Ադրբեջանի կազմում»: Սա ուշագրավ է այն իմաստով, որ Արցախի նախագահը չէր կարող հենց այնպես, ասենք՝ որևէ բլոգերի խոսքերի հիման վրա նման հայտարարություն անել:

Ի դեպ, րոպեների տարբերությամբ նման մի գրառում-հայտարարություն էլ Արցախի ԱԳ նախարարն էր արել: Սակայն այս հայտարարությունից ուղիղ երկու ժամ անց Հարությունյանը հանդես եկավ ևս մի հայտարարությամբ, որն իր բովանդակությամբ ակնհայտորեն տարբերվում էր նախորդից։ «ՀՀ իշխանությունների հետ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն, նրանց կողմից ստորագրվելիք՝ Արցախին առնչվող ցանկացած փաստաթղթում անպայման պետք է հաշվի առնվեն Արցախի ժողովրդի շահերն ու կարծիքը»,- այս անգամ նշել էր Հարությունյանը։

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Հարությունյանի առաջին հայտարարությունից հետո նրան է զանգահարել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և բավական կոշտ տոնով նշել, որ անընդունելի է նման վարքագծի դրսևորումը, ինչպես և պահանջել է՝ նոր հայտարարություն անել։ Ինչպես երևում է, դա ազդել է, ինչի մասին են վկայում թե՛ երկրորդ հայտարարությունը, թե՛, առավել ևս, Արցախի նախագահի վերջին տեսաուղերձն իր մեսիջներով։
