ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շարունակում է շնորհավորական ուղերձներ ստանալ  Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության 31-րդ տարեդարձի առիթով:

 Ղազախստանի նախագահ Կասիմ Ժոմարտ Տոկաևի ուղերձում ասված է.

«Հարգելի Նիկոլ Վովայի,

Ընդունեք սրտանց շնորհավորանքներս ու բարեմաղթանքներս Ազգային տոնի՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Անկախության օրվա առթիվ։

Ինքնիշխան զարգացման տարիների ընթացքում Ձեր երկիրը զգալի հաջողությունների է հասել պետականության ամրապնդման, քաղաքական և սոցիալ-տնտեսական արդիականացման, ինչպես նաև քաղաքացիների բարեկեցության ապահովման գործում:

Ղազախստանում անկեղծորեն ուրախ են եղբայրական Հայաստանի ձեռքբերումների առթիվ և մեծ նշանակություն են տալիս բարեկամական ամուր կապերի, փոխվստահության և աջակցության վրա հիմնված երկկողմ հարաբերությունների հետագա ամրապնդմանը։

Համոզված եմ, որ համատեղ ջանքերով մենք կկարողանանք որակական խթան հաղորդել մեր բազմաբնույթ համագործակցության դինամիկ զարգացմանը՝ նոր հորիզոններ բացելով ղազախ-հայկական փոխշահավետ համագործակցության համար։

Այս հանդիսավոր օրը մաղթում եմ Ձեզ, հարգելի Նիկոլ Վովայի, հաջողություններ պատասխանատու պետական գործունեության մեջ, իսկ Հայաստանի ժողովուրդին՝ բարեկեցություն և բարգավաճում»։

Թուրքմենստանի նախագահ Սերդար Բերդիմուհամեդովի ուղերձում ասված է.

Թուրքմենստանի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջև ավանդական բարեկամական հարաբերությունները հիմնված են հավասարության, փոխադարձ հարգանքի և վստահության սկզբունքների վրա։

Համոզված եմ, որ տարբեր ոլորտներում հաստատված երկկողմ համագործակցությունը կշարունակի զարգանալ և ամրապնդվել՝ ի շահ մեր ժողովուրդների։

Օգտվելով այս հաճելի առիթից՝ անկեղծորեն մաղթում եմ Ձեզ քաջառողջություն և երջանկություն, իսկ Հայաստանի ողջ ժողովրդին՝ խաղաղություն, առաջընթաց և բարօրություն»։
