Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները պատրաստ են սկսել Հայաստանի հետ խաղաղ պայմանագրի մշակումը, հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը։
ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր վեհաժողովի 77-րդ նստաշրջանի շրջանակում ԵԱՀԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Հելգա Շմիդի հետ բանակցությունների ընթացքում նա նշել է, որ Բաքուն պատրաստ է սկսել աշխատել փաստաթղթի տեքստի վրա՝ չնայած հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին «կոնֆլիկտին» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am, նկատի ունի սեպտեմբերի 13-ին հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին, ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքում Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած ագրեսիան), հայտնում է «Ինտերֆաքս-Ադրբեջան»-ը:
«Չնայած վերջին բախումներին և մեր կորուստներին, Ադրբեջանը կողմ է առանց ժամանակ կորցնելու խաղաղ պայմանագրի գործընթացը սկսելուն»,- ասել է Բայրամովը։
