Եկեք փորձենք տրամաբանել։ Ի՞նչ է այս պահին պահանջում Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանի իշխանություններից։ Այս մասին տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում հարցադրում է արել քաղաքագետ Հրան Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը։

«Ճանաչել Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը՝ այդ թվում Արցախն Ադրբեջանի կազմում։

 Ադրբեջանին հանձնել այսպես կոչված անկլավները։

ՀՀ տարածքով միջանցք տրամադրել Ադրբեջանին՝ Նախիջևանի և Թուրքիայի հետ կայուն և չվերահսկվող կապ ունենալու համար։

Իրականացնել սահմանների սահմանագծման և սահմանազատման այնպիսի ծրագիր, որը լիարժեք կբխի Ադրբեջանի շահերից։

Թշնամու այս պահանջներից ո՞րը չի ցանկանում բավարարել հայկական կողմը։ Պաշտոնական հայտարարությունների մակարդակում, թերևս, միայն մեկը՝ միջանցք տրամադրելը։ Մնացածի մասին Փաշինյանն այս կամ այն կերպ իր համաձայնությունն արդեն հայտնել է։ Ընդ որում, հրապարակայնորեն է հայտնել։ Բայց ասեմ, որ միջանցքի հարցում էլ դեմ չէ։ Պարզապես այստեղ Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի խնդիրը կա։ Կարծում եմ՝ հենց այս երկուսն են պահանջում, որ այդ հարցում Փաշինյանը չշտապի. նրանք ցանկանում են ֆիքսել, որ այդ միջանցքը պետք է վերահսկվի Ռուսաստանի կողմից (այս դեպքում, Իրանն էլ դեմ չի լինի)։

Ստացվում է, բոլորը գոհ և երջանիկ են։ Իսկ ո՞վ է դժգոհ։ ՀԱՅ ԺՈՂՈՎՈՒՐԴԸ։

Դրա համար էլ հենց մեր ժողովուրդն է հիմա թիրախավորվում։ Բոլորի կողմից է թիրախավորվում։ Հիմա էլ սկսել են ահաբեկել ժողովրդին՝ թե բա 44-օրյա պատերազմից էլ դաժան պատերազմ է սպասվում, ամբողջ երկրով ապաստարաններ ենք կառուցում և այլն, և այլն։

Ժողովուրդը պետք է վախենա ու հանձնվի, որպեսզի՝ ա) թուրք-ադրբեջանական դաշինքը ստանա իր ուզածը, բ) Նիկոլն էլ պահպանի իր իշխանությունը։ Ամեն ինչ շատ պարզ է։ Ցավալին միայն այն է, որ եթե ժողովուրդն այնուամենայնիվ չհամաձայնվի ստորացուցիչ այդ պահանջներին, ապա իսկապես կարող է նոր պատերազմ սկսել։ Ու այո, ավերիչ պատերազմ։ Այնպես, որ ժողովուրդը կոտրվի։

Պարզ է, որ երկու այս սցենարն էլ շատ վատն են Հայաստանի ու մեր ժողովրդի համար։ Թվում է՝ ելք չկա՝ պիտի կա՛մ հանձնվենք, կա՛մ մեզ կոտորեն։ Բայց ասեմ, որ սա կեղծ ընտրություն է, որ դրվել է մեր ժողովրդի առջև։ Որովհետև իրականում կա նաև երրորդ ուղին՝ դավաճան իշխանությունների հեռացումը։ Այդժամ մենք ստիպված չենք լինի հանուն Նիկոլի իշխանության Հայրենիք հանձնել կամ կոտորվել մարտի դաշտում։ Այդ ժամանակ նույն մարտի դաշտում մեզ միանգամայն այլ հեռանկարներ են սպասվում։ Վստահեցնում եմ»,-գրել է քաղաքագետը։
