ԱԳՆ-ն տեղեկացնում է, որ սեպտեմբերի 19-ին ՄԱԿ ԳԱ 77-րդ նստաշրջանի շրջանակներում ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել Լեհաստանի ԱԳ նախարար, ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ Զբիգնև Ռաուի հետ։
«Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարն իր գործընկերոջն է ներկայացրել ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարաքծի նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված ագրեսիայի մանրամասները՝ անթույլատրելի համարելով քաղաքացիական բնակչության և ենթակառուցվածքների թիրախավորումն ու միջազգային և հումանիտար իրավունքի կոպտագույն խախտումները։
Նախարար Միրզոյանը շեշտել է, որ Ադրբեջանն իր նմանատիպ գործողություններով հստակորեն խաթարում է տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության և կայունության հաստատման գործընթացները՝ առանձնահատուկ նշելով միջազգային հանրության, այդ թվում՝ ԵԱՀԿ Գործող նախագահության կողմից թիրախային ու հստակ դատապարտման կարևորությունը։ Ընդգծվել է նաև ԵԱՀԿ շրջանակներում առկա մեխանիզմների հրատապ գործարկման անհրաժեշտությունը:
Հայկական կողմը շեշտել է, որ Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքի նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված լայնածավալ ռազմական ագրեսիան կոպտորեն խախտում է միջազգային հումանիտար իրավունքի, ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության և Հելսինկյան եզրափակիչ ակտի հիմնարար դրույթները։
Հանդիպման ընթացքում ընդգծվել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության դերը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության համապարփակ և տևական կարգավորմանն ուղղված խաղաղ գործընթացի առաջմղման գործում:
