«Մոսկվա» կինոթատրոնում մեկնարկել է ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ու քաղաքացիների միջև հանդիպումը: Նշենք, որ հանդիպումը կազմակերպվել է քաղաքացիների պահանջով, այն փակ է լուսաբանման համար, լրագրողներին թույլ չեն տալիս մտնել դահլիճ: Քոչարյանը շենք է մտել կինոթատրոնի հետնամուտքից: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցում են նաև «Հայաստան» խմբակցության մի քանի պատգամավորներ` Արամ Վարդևանյանը, Ագնեսա Խամոյանը, Աննա Գրիգորյանը: Հանդիպմանը ներկա է նաև որդին` Լևոն Քոչարյանը, որն էլ խոստացել էր նախաձեռնել այս հանդիպումը: Թեպետ հանդիպումը փակ է լուսաբանման համար, այնուամենայնիվ , մեզ հաջողվեց որոշ մանրամասնել ճշտել ներսից:

«Ժողովուրդ, ուզում եմ ձեզ մի հարց տալ` ով գիտի այստեղ հավաքվածներից ԳՇ պետի անունը, կորպուսների հրամանատարներից մեկի անունը, այսքան մարդ կա հավաքված: Անգամ ես շատերի անունները չգիտեմ: Բա պատերազմի մեջ գտնվող երկրի բանակի հրամանատարների անունները եթե ժողովուրդը  չգիտի, ապա սա նշանակում է , որ բանակի հետ ժողովուրդը հույսեր չի կապում»,- ասել է Քոչարյանը:

«Նրանց փոխում են թաշկինակի հետ: Այս մարդկանց կարծիք ունեցող, պինդ մարդիկ պետք չեն: Առաջին պատերազմում մեր բանակի բոլոր հրամանատարների անունները բոլորը գիտեին, մարդ չկար, որ չիմանար: Բանակը վարկաբեկել են, բոլորին փոխել են: Ռազմական դաշտում մենք հաջողություններ չենք ունենալու, քանի դեռ վիճակը այսպիսին է: Թշնամին էլ է մեզ նայում հիմա այլ աչքով: Մինչև այս պատերազմը ողջ Տավուշը գիտեր կորպուսի հրամանատար Խաչատուրովին, նրան հանեցին, չկա»,- հավելել է նա:
