էներգետիկայի ոլորտի զարգացման կառավարության ռազմավարական ծրագիրը նախատեսում է՝ մինչև 2030 թվականը մինչև 1000 ՄՎտ արևային էներգիայի, իսկ մինչև 2040 թվականը՝ մինչև 500 ՄՎտ քամու էներգիայի ստեղծում։

Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի նախագահ Օդիլ Ռենո-Բասսոն պնդում է, որ վերջին մի քանի տարվա ընթացքում կառավարությունը կատարելագործել է նաև պետություն-մասնավոր հատված համագործակցության մասին օրենքը։

«Հայաստանում վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրները կազմում են մեր ռազմավարության հիմքը։ 2019 թվականից մենք աջակցում ենք մինչև 105 ՄՎտ արևային հզորության կառուցման նախապատրաստական ​​աշխատանքներին և պարտավորվել ենք ֆինանսավորել առաջին կոմունալ մասշտաբի արևային էլեկտրակայանը»,- ասել է պաշտոնյան լրատվամիջոցներից մեկին տված հարցազրույցում։

ՎԶԵԲ ներկայացուցիչները Հայաստան են ժամանել՝ քննարկելու տնտեսական աջակցության հարցերը, և վերականգնվող էներգիան առանցքային դեր է գրավում այդ շրջանակում։

Միջազգային կառույցները հստակ գիտակցում են, որ արևային էներգիայի օգտագործումը խիստ անհրաժեշտ է թե՛ Հայաստանին, թե՛ միջազգային հանրությանը։ Իզուր չէ, որ ահռելի գումարներ են ներդրվում տարբեր երկրներում արևային կայաններ կառուցելու համար։

Հայաստանը, իհարկե, ուշացրել է արևային կայանների կառուցման գործընթացը, սակայն դեռ ուշ չէ, հնարավոր է զարկ տալ գործընթացին, և օրենսդրական բազայի կատարելագործումը նվազագույնն է, որ հնարավոր է անել։

Մի երկրում, որտեղ արևային վահանակներ արտադրող միայն մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը», լուրջ չէ խոսել արևային էներգիայի արտադրության լուրջ ծավալների մասին։ Իրավիճակն արմատական վերափոխման կարիք ունի, ուստի հարկ է արագացնել տեմպերը։
