Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Դաշնային խորհուրդ Սենատոր Վիկտոր Բոնդարև
Հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտությունը կրկին սրվեց։ Այս տարվա սեպտեմբերի 13-ի գիշերը ադրբեջանական զինուժը հրետանուց ու խոշոր տրամաչափի զինատեսակներից գնդակոծել է Հայաստանի սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերը՝ Սոթք գյուղը, Գորիս քաղաքը և առողջարանային Ջերմուկ քաղաքը, կիրառել նաև անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր։ Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտնել է, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տեղի ունեցած մարտերի ընթացքում զոհվել է 49 մարդ։
Եվ կրկին, հենց ռուսական միջամտությունն է օգնում խուսափել ճգնաժամից։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հեռախոսով շտապ կապ է հաստատել ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Վլադիմիրովիչ Պուտինի հետ և ուրվագծել իրավիճակը։ Հեռախոսազրույցներ են ունեցել նաև Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարներ Սերգեյ Կուժուգետովիչ Շոյգուն և Սուրեն Պապիկյանը, ինչպես նաև ՌԴ և Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարներ Սերգեյ Վիկտորովիչ Լավրովը և Արարատ Միրզոյանը։ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն պաշտոնական հայտարարություն է տարածել։ Իր հաղորդագրության մեջ նախարարությունը կոչ է արել լիովին պահպանել հրադադարի ռեժիմը։ Իսկ հակառակ կողմերը ռուսական միջնորդության արդյունքում պայմանավորվել են դադարեցնել ռազմական գործողությունները այսօրվա ժամը 9.00-ից։
Զարմանալի չէ, որ ռուսական կողմի հորդորից հետո Ադրբեջանը սովորաբար դադարեցնում է իր ագրեսիան Հայաստանի դեմ։ Հայաստանը ՀԱՊԿ-ի մեր դաշնակիցն է, ուստի Ադրբեջանը մտավախություն ունի, որ Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանության նկատմամբ բացահայտ չարդարացված ոտնձգության և նրա հետ հակամարտության երկարատև սրման դեպքում Ռուսաստանը դիվանագիտական մեթոդներ չի օգտագործի իրավիճակը կարգավորելու և տարածաշրջանում կայունությունը վերականգնելու համար։
