Ադրբեջանի կազմում որևէ կարգավիճակ անընդունելի և անհնար է

Արցախի Հանրապետության ժողովրդի ու իշխանությունների համար կան ուղենիշային անսակարկելի ճշմարտություններ, մասնավորապես՝

1. Արցախի ապագային առնչվող վճռորոշ հարցերը պետք է որոշվեն առաջնահերթորեն Արցախի հայության կողմից, որտեղ ողջ հայ ժողովրդի դերակատարությունը ևս կարևոր է՝ հաշվի առնելով Արցախի բացառիկ նշանակությունը հայ ազգի ու Մայր Հայաստանի համար.

2. Ադրբեջանա-արցախյան հակամարտությունը պետք է կարգավորվի Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի լրիվ իրացման ու ճանաչման հիմքով՝ նպատակ ունենալով հասնել անկախության միջազգային ճանաչման.

3. Ադրբեջանի կազմում որևէ կարգավիճակ անընդունելի և անհնար է, քանի որ՝
• Արցախը պատմականորեն բացառապես հայ ժողովրդի հայրենիքն է և պատմության զեղծարարությամբ ադրբեջանցիները չեն կարող յուրացնել մեր հայրենիքը,
• Արցախի ժողովուրդը ինքնորոշվել է ազատ ու անկախ պետականություն ունենալու օգտին և մենք ենք մեր ճակատագրի որոշողները,
• Դարավոր թուրք-ադրբեջանական ցեղասպանական քաղաքականությունը հայերի հանդեպ և հատկապես վերջին տասնամյակների շարունակական ու ահագնացող հայատյացության քաղաքականությունը պարզապես գոյաբանական առումով բացառում են Արցախի որևէ կարգավիճակ Ադրբեջանի կազմում.

4. Մեր բռնազավթված տարածքները պետք է վերադարձվեն, իսկ տեղահանված քաղաքացիները՝ վերադառնան հայրենի տներ.

5. Արցախն ու Մայր Հայաստանը պետք է ուղիղ, հուսալի ու ինքնիշխան ցամաքային կապ ունենան միմյանց հետ.

6. Մենք պատրաստ ենք պահպանելու և պաշտպանելու ծանր զոհողությունների գնով ձեռքբերված մեր արժեքները՝ պետականությունը, ազգային արժանապատվությունը և սեփական հայրենիքում ապրելու ու արարելու ազատությունը.

7. Մենք նախընտրում և պատրաստ ենք նաև տարածաշրջանի խաղաղ ու կայուն զարգացմանը՝ բոլոր ժողովուրդների ու պետությունների իրավունքների ու արժանապատվության հարգման և ուժի կիրառման բացառման սկզբունքների հիման վրա:
