«Մենք կանգնած ենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքի կորստի անմիջական վտանգի առաջ»։

«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանն է այդ մասին ասել Բաղրամյան պողոտայից գիշերը՝ բողոքի ակցիային։

Դիմելով հայրենակիցներին՝ նա կոչ է արել. «Պետք չէ նստել տանը, շուտով այդ տունը ձերը չի լինի, թուրքը Երևանից 60 կմ-ի վրա է, դուրս եկեք փողոց»։

Ընդ որում, ի տարբերություն բազմաթիվ այլ ընդդիմադիր առաջնորդների և հայտնի անձանց, որոնք գիշերը առիթը բաց չէին թողնում բարձրախոսներ վերցնելու և իրենց անձը ներկայացնելու, Ավետիք Չալաբյանն ու նրա կողմնակիցները ոչ թե ամբիոնին էին կանգնած, այլև ներքևում՝ բազմության, ժողովրդի մեջ, այնտեղ էին ծավալում իրենց ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական պայքարը, ինչը վկայում է, որ «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիրը քաղաքական իր պայքարը տանում է լիովին անկեղծ՝ առանց սեփական անձը առաջ մղելու և ամբիցիաները բավարարելու։

Սա թերևս բավական լուրջ ազդակ է մեր հանրության համար, որպեսզի գիտակցեն, թե ովքեր են այսօր կանգնած ընդդիմության շարքերում և ի վերջո թոթափեն հուսահատության լուծը՝ դուրս գան պայքարի փաշինյանական վարչախմբի դեմ։

Ստեղծված աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակը, պատերազմական դրությունը հանրությանը ստիպում են արագ կազմակերպել, ընտրել լուրջ ընդդիմադիր առաջնորդների, որոնց միջոցով հնարավոր կլինի վերականգնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մարտունակությունը և դիմադրողունակությունը։
