ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի փակ նիստում, որը նվիրված էր Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի սահմանին տիրող իրավիճակին, Ռուսաստանը հայտարարել է  հակամարտության դադարեցմանն ուղղված սեփական ջանքերի և Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) աշխատանքի մասին:Այս մասին լրագրողներին հայտնել է ՄԱԿ-ում Ռուսաստանի մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Վասիլի Նեբենզյան, գրում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

«Մենք խոսեցինք Ռուսաստանի կողմից թե՛ անհատապես, թե՛ ՀԱՊԿ-ի միջոցով իրավիճակի կարգավորման, զինադադարի հասնելու ջանքերի մասին, այն ջանքերի մասին, որոնք ՀԱՊԿ-ն կներդնի Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստից հետո։ Գործընկերները շնորհակալություն հայտնեցին մեզ այս տեղեկությունը հայտնելու, ջանքեր գործադրելու համար»,- ասել է նա։

Ինչպես նշել է Նեբենզյան, ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի փակ խորհրդակցությունների մասնակիցները միաձայն կողմ են արտահայտվել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև կրակի շուտափույթ դադարեցմանը և իրավիճակի քաղաքական և դիվանագիտական միջոցներով կարգավորմանը։

ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդն այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 15-ին, կրկին նիստ կհրավիրի՝ քննարկելու հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տիրող իրավիճակը։  Ինչպես ընդգծում է գործակալությունը, նիստը հրավիրվելու է Հայաստանի խնդրանքով։ Նախորդ օրը հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տիրող իրավիճակն արդեն քննարկվել է Անվտանգության խորհրդի փակ փորհրդակցությունների ժամանակ։ Այս անգամ քննարկումները կանցկացվեն բաց ռեժիմով։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը սեպտեմբերի լույս 13-ի գիշերը՝ 00:05-ի սահմաններում, հարձակման են անցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական սահմանի երկայնքով՝ ռազմական գործողություններ ձեռնարկելով Սյունիքի, Վայոց ձորի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզերի ուղղություններով: ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտնել է, որ հրետակոծման են ենթարկվել Սոթքի, Վարդենիսի, Գորիսի, Կապանի, Արտանիշի և Իշխանասարի ուղղությամբ տեղակայված դիրքերը: Հարվածներ են հասցվում նաև քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքներին: Նախնական տվյալներով՝ հայկական կողմն ունի 105 զոհ: ՀՀ ՊՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Արամ Թորոսյանը երեկոյան ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում հայտնել է, որ ժամը 20։00-ից բոլոր ուղղ
