Իսկ այն կլասիկ/տխմար հայտարարությունները, թե պատերազմի ժամանակ համախմբվում են, այլ ոչ ներքին պայքար սկսում, վերաբերում է նորմալ իրավիճակներին, երբ գերագույն հրամանատարդ և մյուս քաղաքական ղեկավարներդ պատրաստ են կենաց մահու կռիվ տալ հաղթանակի համար, պետության համար:
