Բելառուսի Անվտանգության խորհրդի պետական քարտուղար Ալեքսանդր Վոլֆովիչը Բելառուսի նախագահի անունից Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամներին է ներկայացրել Բելառուսի Հանրապետության տեսակետը` հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տեղի ունեցողի վերաբերյալ, փոխանցում է БЕЛТА-ն։
«Մեր երկիրը մշտապես առաջարկել է ելնել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հակամարտության ոչ այլընտրանքային խաղաղ կարգավորումից՝ բացառապես քաղաքական և դիվանագիտական մեթոդներով։ Ստեղծված իրավիճակը պահանջում է մանրակրկիտ ուսումնասիրություն։
Առաջարկվում ենք քայլեր, որոնք հնարավոր է արագ ձեռնարկել։ Դրանց թվում՝ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի մեկնումը հակամարտության գոտի՝ պետությունների ղեկավարներին մանրամասն զեկույց պատրաստելու համար։ Ինչպես նաև ՀԱՊԿ քարտուղարության և միացյալ շտաբի անձնակազմից աշխատանքային խմբի ստեղծում՝ իրավիճակը վերլուծելու և առաջարկներ մշակելու համար»,-նշել է նա։
Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 13-ին ժամը 00:05-ից, Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ ստորաբաժանումները Գորիսի,Սոթքի և Ջերմուկի ուղղությամբ հրետանային միջոցներից, խոշոր տրամաչափի հրաձգային զինատեսակներից սկսել են ինտենսիվ կրակ վարել հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ: Հակառակորդը կիրառում է նաեւ ԱԹՍ-ներ:
Իրադրությունը հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանագծի որոշ հատվածներում ժամը 18:00-ի դրությամբ շարունակում է լարված մնալ: Հակառակորդը հատուկ նշանակության ստորաբաժանումների կիրառմամբ ողջ օրվա ընթացքում փորձում է դիրքային առաջխաղացում ապահովել՝ մասնավորապես Ներքին Հանդի, Վերին Շորժայի, Արտանիշի և Սոթքի ուղղությամբ: ՀՀ ԶՈՒ շարունակում են ողջ ծավալով կատարել իրենց առջև դրված մարտական խնդիրները:
Հայկական կողմի կորուստների մասին տվյալները ճշտվում են: Այս պահի դրությամբ հայկական կողմը պաշտպանության նախարարության կողմից հաստատված 49 զոհ ունի:
