2022 թ. սեպտեմբերի 13-ի նիստում ԿԲ խորհուրդը որոշեց բարձրացնել  վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքը 0.5 տոկոսային կետով՝ սահմանելով 10.0%:

2022 թ. օգոստոսին 12-ամսյա գնաճը նվազել է և ամսվա վերջին կազմել 9.1%: 12-ամսյա բնականոն գնաճը շարունակել է ավելանալ՝ կազմելով 10.2%:

2022 թ-ի երրորդ եռամսյակում ՀՀ հիմնական գործընկեր երկրներում ցածր տնտեսական աճի և բարձր գնաճի միտումները պահպանվում են: Զարգացած երկրների կենտրոնական բանկերը կշարունակեն վարել զսպող դրամավարկային քաղաքականություն: Սա կարտահայտվի համաշխարհային ֆինանսական պայմանների խստացմամբ և կհանգեցնի գործընկեր երկրներում տնտեսական  ակտիվության դանդաղման: Արդյունքում, միջազգային ապրանքահումքային շուկայում կդիտարկվի գների որոշակի նվազում, ինչը կնպաստի համաշխարհային գնաճային միջավայրի աստիճանական մեղմմանը: Այսպիսով` արտաքին հատվածից ՀՀ տնտեսության վրա սպասվում է գնաճային ազդեցությունների թուլացում:

2022 թ-ի երրորդ եռամսյակում ՀՀ տնտեսությունում շարունակում է դիտարկվել բարձր ակտիվություն: Այն գերազանցապես դրսևորվում է ծառայությունների և շինարարության ճյուղերում: Դրական զարգացումները պահպանվում են նաև արտահանման ոլորտում: Տնտեսական բարձր աճին գերակշռում է պահանջարկի գործոնների ազդեցությունը: Վերջինս շարունակում է պայմանավորվել միջազգային այցելուների և դրամական փոխանցումների զգալի ներհոսքով: Բարձր պահանջարկը նպաստում է գնաճային միջավայրի ընդլայնմանը և բարձր գնաճային սպասումների պահպանմանը:

Ստեղծված իրավիճակում Խորհուրդը նպատակահարմար է գտնում բարձրացնել քաղաքականության տոկոսադրույքը: Հարաբերականորեն խստացող դրամավարկային քաղաքականությունը և ՀՀ դրամի արժևորումը աստիճանաբար կնպաստեն պահանջարկի զսպմանը և գնաճային սպասումների նվազեցմանը: ԿԲ Խորհուրդը հետևողական է լինելու համարժեք գործողություններով ապահովելու գնաճի կայունացում և չեզոքացնելու գնաճային սպասումների ապախարսխման ցանկացած ռիսկ: Դրամավարկային քաղաքականության նախանշված սցենարի պարագայում 12-ամսյա գնաճը կնվազի և 2023 թ-ի վերջից կկայունանա նպատակային 4% ցուցանիշի շուրջ:

ԿԲ Խորհուրդը գնահատում է, որ նախանշված ուղեգծից գնաճի շեղման ռիսկերը հիմնականում հավասարակշռված են: Որևէ ուղղությամբ դրանց դրսևորման պարագայում Խորհուրդը համարժեքորեն կարձագանքի և կապահովի գների կայունության նպատակը:
