Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը խիստ մտահոգություն է հայտնել սեպտեմբերի լույս 13-ի գիշերը հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի առանձին հատվածներում իրավիճակի կտրուկ սրման կապակցությամբ։
«Կոչ ենք անում կողմերին զերծ մնալ իրավիճակի հետագա էսկալացիայից, զսպվածություն ցուցաբերել ու անշեղորեն պահպանել հրադադարի ռեժիմը՝ Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի, 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ի ու նոյեմբերի 26-ի եռակողմ հայտարարություններին համապատասխան», — նշված է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ կայքում հրապարակված հայտարարության մեջ:
Ռուսաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունը սերտ կապի մեջ է Երևանի և Բաքվի հետ։ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ից նաև հայտնել են, որ ստացել են ՀՀ ղեկավարության դիմումը՝ առկա երկկողմ համաձայնագրերին համապատասխան ու ՀԱՊԿ-ի` իրավիճակի կարգավորմանը աջակցելու խնդրանքով:
Նախարարությունը հուսով է, որ սեպտեմբերի 13-ին Մոսկվայի ժամանակով 09:00-ից հրադադարի մասին ռուսական միջնորդության արդյունքում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունը կիրականացվի ամբողջ ծավալով:
«Նախկինի պես ելնում ենք նրանից, որ Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև բոլոր վիճելի խնդիրները պետք է լուծվեն բացառապես քաղաքական-դիվանագիտական ճանապարհով, իսկ սահմանային խնդիրներին վերաբերող հարցերը (հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի սահմանազատման երկկողմ հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքի շրջանակում)՝ Ռուսաստանի խորհրդատվական աջակցությամբ»,-նշել են Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ում:
Նշենք, որ իրավիճակի սրումից հետո, գիշերը ՀՀ վարչապետի գլխավորությամբ անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստ է կայացել, որի ընթացում որոշվել է ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքի նկատմամբ ագրեսիայի առնչությամբ պաշտոնապես դիմել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը՝ Բարեկամության, համագործակցության և փոխադարձ օգնության պայմանագրի դրույթները գործողության մեջ դնելու նպատակով, Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությանը և ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդին:
Հիշեցնենք` ՀՀ պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունը հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել` հայտնելով, որ սեպտեմբերի 13-ին՝ ժամը 00:05-ից, Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ ստորաբաժանումները Գորիսի, Սոթքի և Ջերմուկի ուղղությամբ հրետանային միջոցներից, խոշոր տրամաչափի հրաձգային զինատեսակներից սկսել են ինտենսիվ կրակ վարել հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ: Հակառակորդը կիրառում է նաև ԱԹՍ-ներ: Կան զոհեր ու վիրավորներ։
