Ռուս փորձագետները գրում են, որ ի հայտ են գալիս տարբեր սպասումներ, թե որտեղ է այն եզրագիծը, որին պատրաստ է հասնել Ռուսաստանը Հարավային Կովկասում իր շահերի պաշտպանության համար։

«Սահկանների» մասին ռուս փորձագետներն սկսեցին խոսել ուկրաինական բանակի հաջողություններից, ինչպես նաև կովկասյան գործերին ԱՄՆ ներգրավումից հետո։ Ժամանակին արդեն գրել են, որ Ռուսաստանը զորքի մի մասը հանել է Հարավային Կովկասից, այդ թվում՝ Արցախից։ Վաշինգտոնն ու Բրյուսելը չեն թաքցնում, որ մտադիր են տարածաշրջանում եղած հարցերը լուծել առանց Ռուսաստանի։

Հուլիսին ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի Եվրոպայի ու Եվրասիայի հարցերով օգնական Կարեն Դենֆրիդն այցելեց Երևան և Բաքու, ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենը հեռախոսազրույց ունեցավ Փաշինյանի ու Ալիևի հետ, տարածաշրջան եկավ ԿՀՎ ղեկավարը։

Օգոստոսի 25-ին ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարը Հարավային Կովկասի հարցերով ավագ խորհրդական նշանակեց Ֆիլիպ Ռիքերին, որը վերջին օրերին Երևանում էր։

Մեկ շաբաթից ավելի է, ինչ Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը շրջում է ԱՄՆ հրաձգարաններում, որտեղ ցուցադրում են մարտ վարելու ժամանակակից միջոցներ։ Սեպտեմբերի 8-ին Պենտագոնում Պապիկյանը հանդիպել է ԱՄՆ պաշտպանության փոխնախարար Քոլին Քալին, ում հետ քննարկվել է հայ-ամերիկյան պաշտպանական համագործակցության օրակարգը։

Բաքվում տագնապով են ընկալում ռուսական ներկայության «սահմանների» կրճատումը։ Այդ երկրի նախկին արտգործնախարար Թոֆիկ Զուլֆուգարովը կարծում է, որ «Բաքուն այս փուլում Մինսկի խմբի միջնորդության կարիքը չունի» և պետք է մնա Թուրքիայի և Ռուսաստանի կողքին։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Ռիկերը Երևանից մեկնել է Ժնև, որտեղ հանդիպել է Վրաստանի վարչապետ Ղարիբաշվիլիի հետ և վերահաստատել ԱՄՆ-ի ամուր աջակցությունը երկրի տարածքային ամբողջականությանն ու ինքնիշխանությանը:

Զրույցի ընթացքում անդրադարձ է եղել նաև 2021 թվականի հունիսին վարչապետ Իրակլի Ղարիբաշվիլիի միջնորդությամբ և Ֆիլիպ Ռիկերի մասնակցությամբ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությանը, որի արդյունքում Ադրբեջանն ազատ է արձակել 15 հայ գերիների, իսկ Հայաստանը կարևոր քարտեզներ է հանձնել Ադրբեջանին։

Տարածաշրջանի խնդիրների լուծման գործում ԱՄՆ-ի աճող «ներգրավվածության» ֆոնին Ռուսաստանի ներկայության «սահմանները» կարող են կրճատվել մինչև կրիտիկական մակարդակ։ Կհասնի՞ արդյոք Հայաստանից և Արցախից ռուսական զորքերի ամբողջական դուրսբերմանը։ Հայաստանի արևմտյան գործընկերները ստիպված կլինեն հոգ տանել այն մասին, որ մինչ ռուսական ուժերը դուրս բերվեն, տարածաշրջանում արդեն լինեն միջազգային զորքեր։
