Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է Համաշխարհային բանկի Եվրոպայի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի տարածաշրջանի փոխնախագահ Աննա Բյերդենին և նրա գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:
Վարչապետը կարևորել է ՀՀ-ՀԲ գործընկերությունը, որի 30-ամյակը լրանում է այս տարի սեպտեմբերին, և որի շրջանակում մեր երկրում իրագործվում են տնտեսության զարգացմանն ուղղված ծրագրեր՝ թե՛ պետական, թե՛ մասնավոր հատվածներում: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ ՀՀ կառավարության ծրագրի առաջնահերթությունների թվում են կրթության, ենթակառուցվածքների, կառավարման, թվայնացման ոլորտների բարեփոխումները, և դրանց հաջող իրականացման գործում Համաշխարհային բանկը Հայաստանի կարևոր գործընկերներից է:
ՀԲ փոխնախագահը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՀՀ վարչապետին բարձր գնահատականի համար և շնորհավորել փոխշահավետ գործընկերության 30-ամյակի առթիվ: Աննա Բյերդեն անդրադարձել է համատեղ ծրագրերին՝ արդյունավետ գնահատելով դրանց ընթացքը և մեր երկրի տնտեսական առաջընթացին բերած նպաստը: Նա նշել է, որ ՀԲ-ն պատրաստակամ է շարունակելու օժանդակությունը ՀՀ կառավարությանը՝ գործունեության ծրագրով նախանշված առաջնահերթությունները կյանքի կոչելու ուղղությամբ:
Զրուցակիցները գոհունակություն են հայտնել երկկողմ գործընկերության շրջանակում առ այսօր կատարված աշխատանքներից և մտքեր փոխանակել դրա զարգացման հեռանկարների շուրջ: Երկուստեք կարևորվել է կրթության, ենթակառուցվածքերի, դատաիրավական, թվայնացման, առողջապահության, հանրային կառավարման և այլ ուղղություններով փոխգործակցությունը: Նշվել է ինստիտուցիոնալ կարողությունների հզորացման և մարդկային կապիտալի զարգացման ծրագրերի անհրաժեշտությունը:
Վարչապետն ընդգծել է կրթության ոլորտի բարեփոխման առաջնահերթությունը, քանի որ մարդկային կապիտալը կարևորագույն ռեսուրսն է, և կրթությունն է ցանկացած ռեֆորմի հաջողության հիմքը: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոսքով՝ հենց այս տեսլականն է դրված Կառավարության ծրագրի հիմքում, որի իրականացման ուղղությամբ էլ գործադիրը հետևողականորեն առաջ է շարժվում: Ռեֆորմները հաջողելու համատեքստում Կառավարության ղեկավարը կարևորել է նաև ինստիտուցիոնալ կարողությունների հզորացմանը միտված ծրագրերը՝ դատական ոլորտից մինչև հանրային կառավարում:
Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը երախտագիտություն է հայտնել Համաշխարհային բանկին, ՀԲ հայաստանյան գրասենյակին արդյունավետ գործընկերության համար և վերահաստատել Կառավարության պատրաստակամությունը՝ զարգացնելու ու հարստացնելու այն փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող նախաձեռնություններով:
