«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Քաջարանի գործող համայնքապետ Մանվել Փարամազյանը սեպտեմբերի 25-ին ընդառաջ ակտիվ քարոզարշավ է իրականացնում։ Շրջում է գրեթե բակեբակ, զրուցում բոլորի հետ։ Բանն այն է, որ նա խնդիր ունի 50+1 ստանալու։ Ընտրական օրենսգրքի վերջին փոփոխություններով՝ եթե ընտրություններից 20 օր անց համայնքում ղեկավար չի նշանակվում, ապա վարչապետին արդեն իրավասություն է վերապահված համայնքապետի ԺՊ նշանակել։
Օրենքի այս փոփոխությունն արեցին հատուկ Վանաձորի համար, որ բանտում պատանդ վերցված Մամիկոն Ասլանյանի փոխարեն կրիմինալի ներկայացուցիչ Ակային նշանակեն, բայց այսուհետ այն տարածվելու է նաեւ մյուս բոլոր համայնքների վրա․ որտեղ ՔՊ-ն իշխանությունն ընտրություններով չկարողանա վերցնել, եւ որեւէ ուժ 50+1 ձայներ չստանա, այս եղանակով տապալեն համայնքապետի ընտրությունները, 20 օր ձգեն, եւ Փաշինյանի հրամանագրով հերթական «Ական» նշանակվի ԺՊ։
Այնպես որ, եթե Փարամազյանը 50+1 չհավաքի Քաջարանում, փոքր է հավանականությունը, որ Արամ Սարգսյանի կուսակցության ցուցակով առաջադրված նախկին համայնքապետ Վարդան Գեւորգյանը կոալիցիա կկազմի նրա հետ։
Թերեւս սրանով է պայմանավորված, որ ՔՊ թեկնածու Արմեն Առաքելյանը՝ «Զապո» մականունով, Քաջարանում դեռ չի երեւում, հանրային որեւէ միջոցառման չի մասնակցում։ Նա գործարար է, հյուրանոց ունի, ապրում է Երեւանում, սակայն հաշվառված է Քաջարանում։ Որոշակի կապեր ունի ԶՊՄԿ ղեկավարության հետ։ Մեզ ասացին, որ փորձել է կոմբինատից հօգուտ իրեն հայտարարություն ստանալ, սակայն մերժել են՝ ասելով, որ քաղաքական գործընթացներից հեռու են մնում, Զապոն էլ քարոզչությունը վարում է Ֆեյսբուքում՝ հարցազրույցների, ուղերձների տեսքով»:
