Հայաստանը մասնակի ավտորիտար պետություն է։ Այդ մասին «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը արձանագրել է «Սիվիլնեթին» տված հարցազրույցում։

Նա հերքել է փաշինյանական վարչախմբի այն թեզը, թե Հայաստանը ժողովրդավարական երկիր է և նշել, թե մասնակի ավտորիտար երկիր լինելու հանգամանքը փաստում է այն իրողությամբ, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հաջողվում է իրեն ենթարկեցնել դատական և իրավական ոլորտները, հասնել իր քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսների մեկուսացման։

Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ներկայացրել է նաև կալանավայրում իր անցկացրած օրերի վերլուծությունը, ընդգծել, թե պարադոքսալ կարող է հնչել, սակայն իրականում մեկուսացված և կալանքի տակ գտնվող մարդը, որի նկատմամբ դեռևս դատավճիռ գոյություն չունի, շատ ավելի լուրջ մեկուսացման պայմաններում է գտնվում, քան օրինակ արդեն դատավճռով ազատազրկման դատապարտված անձը։

Չալաբյանը, որ օրեր առաջ է ազատվել վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Ռուզաննա Բարսեղյանի վճռով, նշում է, թե իրեն կալանավորելու քաղաքական պատվերը չի վերացել, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ամեն ինչ անելու է տխրահռչակ դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանի ձեռքով իրեն կրկին կալանավայր ուղարկելու համար։

Չալաբյանը ընդգծում է՝ տասնամյակներ շարունակ Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը կատարել է գործող ռեժիմի բոլոր պահանջները, նա հիշեցրել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ կատարվածը, երբ 2008 թվականից հետո հենց Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանն էր դատապարտել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, իսկ Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանը արձանագրել էր այն իրավունքների խախտում։

Չալաբյանի խոսքը վկայում է, որ գործող իշխանությունները որևէ կերպ չեն հանգստացել, շարունակելու են նույն կերպ իրենց ապօրինությունները, որպեսզի դատապարտեն ու կրկին կալանավորեն Ավետիք Չալաբյանին և զրկեն նրան խոսելու հնարավորությունից։

Ինչևէ, «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիրը նշում է, թե ինքը պատրաստ է կալանավորման կեղծ մեղադրանքով և այժմ էլ պատրաստ է կրել բոլոր զրկանքները, միայն թե Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում կարողանա բեկի իրավիճակը։
