«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
infoteka24.ru-ն ««Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» կմեծացնի պանթուրքիզմի վտանգը, որը ազգային խնդիրներ կստեղծի Իրանի համար» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Կովկասի հարցերով իրանցի փորձագետ Ահմադ Քազեմին մեկնաբանել է, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» գործարկման ռիսկերը և իրավական ասպեկտները: Այդ մասին հայտնել է IRNA գործակալությունը։ Փորձագետի խոսքով, ՆԱՏՕ-ն շահագրգռված է, այսպես կոչված, «Թուրանի միջանցքի» առկայությամբ, որը հարվածում է Իրանի, Ռուսաստանի և Չինաստանի շահերին։ ««Թուրանի միջանցք» բառի փոխարեն «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» տերմինն օգտագործելը պատմական, քաղաքական և իրավական սխալ է։
Իլհամ Ալիևի կողմից մշակված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» տերմինը վերաբերում է Սյունիքի հայկական շրջանին, որը սահմանակից է Իրանին։ Փաստացի, այդ անվանումը տարածքային պահանջներ է պարունակում Հայաստանի նկատմամբ»,կարծիք է հայտնել Քազեմին։ Փորձագետն ընդգծել է, որ միջազգային իրավունքի տեսանկյունից «Զանգեզուր» տերմինի օգտագործումը Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականության խախտում է, ինչը հակասում է ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության 4-րդ հոդվածին։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, Քազեմին հիշեցրել է, որ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունը, որին վկայակոչում է Իլհամ Ալիևը, վերաբերում է միայն տնտեսական և տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակմանը, սակայն կոնկրետ երթուղիներ նշված չեն։ Քազեմին ընդգծել է հետևյալ կարևոր պահերը.
-«Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» գործարկումը բխում է ՆԱՏՕ-ի շահերից, քանի որ միջանցքը կթուլացնի Ռուսաստանի, Չինաստանի և Իրանի հիմնական տարանցիկ նախագծերը։
- Միջանցքը թույլ է տալիս Բաքվի գազատարներին անարգել մուտք գործել եվրոպական երկրներ և մատակարարել այնքան գազ, որ ռուսական գազի պահանջարկը նվազեցվի, որով նաև կսահմանափակվեն Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի աշխարհաքաղաքական հնարավորությունները էներգետիկ ոլորտում։
- Ենթադրվում է, որ միջանցքը կմեծացնի պանթուրքիզմի վտանգը, որը ազգային խնդիրներ կստեղծի Իրանի և տարածաշրջանի համար։
-Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը կխախտվի, և պանթուրքիզմի ուժեղացմամբ նրա համար գոյության սպառնալիք կառաջանա։ Հայաստանում ոչ մի ուժ չի կարող ստորագրել նման խայտառակ փաստաթուղթ:
-Վերջին տասնամյակների ընթացքում Իրանը եղել է Ադրբեջանի և Նախիջևանի ու Թուրքիայի միջև կապի հիմնական ուղին, և իրականում Սյունիքով միջանցքի գործարկումը ոչ թե տարանցիկ ու տնտեսական, այլ քաղաքական նպատակներ ունի։
