ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության աջակցությամբ, ՀՀ վարչապետի տիկին Աննա Հակոբյանի հովանու ներքո սեպտեմբերի 6-ին Հովհաննես Թումանյանի անվան պետական տիկնիկային թատրոնում կայացել է «Կողք կողքի» միջազգային ներառական երաժշտական արտ փառատոնի բացման արարողությունը, որին ներկա էր ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Արա Խզմալյանը:

ԿԳՄՍՆ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ բացման շրջանակում փառատոնի մասնակից երեխաներն ու պատանիները ներկայացել են նկարչական, կերամիկական, ձեռագործ աշխատանքների ցուցադրությամբ և համերգային ծրագրով:

Նախարարի տեղակալի նշմամբ՝ վերջին տարիներին մեծ ուշադրություն է դարձվում մշակույթի ոլորտում ներառականության սկզբունքի իրացմանը, ինչով և կարևորվում է այս փառատոնը:

««Կողք կողքի» միջազգային ներառական երաժշտական արտ փառատոնը մեր կարևորագույն ներառական նախագծերից մեկն է և՛ իր հանրային ուղերձներով, և՛ բարոյական բովանդակությամբ:  Բարեբախտաբար, ի տարբերություն բազմաթիվ այլ նախագծերի՝ այն չի ավարտվում համերգային բովանդակությամբ և փառատոնային ձևաչափով, միանգամյա ակցիա չէ, այլ ամբողջ տարվա ընթացքում տարվում են աշխատանքներ, և փառատոնը դառնում է իրականացրած աշխատանքների, փոխհարաբերությունների արդյունքն ու հաշվետվությունը: Հատկանշական է, որ փառատոնի շրջանակում  հանրապետության լավագույն ստեղծագործողները հանդես են գալիս զարգացման առանձնահատկություններ ունեցող անձանց հետ, ինչը փառատոնի ճիշտ ընթացքի վկայությունն  է»,- ընդգծել է Արա Խզմալյանը և իր երախտագիտությունը հայտնել փառատոնի կազմակերպիչներին:  

«Կողք կողքի»  կրթամշակութային հասարակական կազմակերպության ղեկավար և փառատոնի կազմակերպիչ Նաիրա Սարգսյանի տեղեկացմամբ՝ փառատոնի բացման համերգին և ցուցադրությանը մասնակցում են շուրջ 100 երեխա՝ 10 կենտրոններից, իսկ փառատոնի փակման գալա համերգին երեխաները հանդես կգան անվանի երաժիշտ կատարողների հետ:

Նշենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 7-8-ին Հովհաննես Թումանյանի անվան պետական տիկնիկային թատրոնում միջազգային ճանաչում ունեցող երաժշտաթերապիայի, արտ թերապիայի, ներառական կրթության մասնագետները կանցկացնեն  սեմինարներ և վարպետության դասեր՝ վերականգնողական կենտրոնների, նախադպրոցական և հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատությունների մասնագետների, հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների, հոգեբանների, երաժշտական և արտ թերապիայի մասնագետների, երաժշտության ուսուցիչների, լոգոպեդների և ծնողների համար:

Փառատոնի փակմանը՝ սեպտեմբերի 10-ին՝ ժամը 19։00-ին, «Գաֆէսճան» արվեստի կենտրոնի տարածքում տեղի կունենա գալա համերգ՝ անվանի երաժիշտների և երգիչների մասնակցությամբ. Վահագն Հայրապետյան, Գոռ Սուջյան, Արամ mp3, «Նեմրա», «Hope for coffee», Զարուհի Բաբայան, Վիգեն Հովսեփյան, Լիդուշիկ, Մալենա, ինչպես նաև սիրված այլ արվեստագետներ ու երաժշտական խմբեր, որոնց հետ հանդես կգան նաև փառատոնի պատանի մասնակիցները։

Փառատոնն իրականացնում է «Կողք կողքի» կրթամշակութային հասարակական կազմակերպությունը: Գլխավոր հովանավորն է «ArLeAM» ընկերությունը:
