Ալեն Սիմոնյանի հայցն ընդդեմ Նարեկ Մանթաշյանի բավարարվել է

Երևան քաղաքի Առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը բավարարել է ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի հայցն ընդդեմ Նարեկ Մանթաշյանի: Ալեն Սիմոնյանը դատարան էր դիմել վիրավորանք հանդիսացող արտահայտությունների համար հրապարակայնորեն ներողություն խնդրելոնն և զրպարտություն հանդիսացող տվյալները հրապարակայնորեն հերքել պարտավորեցնելու և Նարեկ Մանթաշյանից վիրավորանքի և զրպարտության համար հատուցման գումար բռնագանձելու հայցով, Դատարանը վճռել է Նարեկ Նահապետի Մանթաշյանին պարտավորեցնել ներողություն խնդրել «Իրենց անգրագիտությունն ի ցույց են դնում նաև ՄԻԵԴ կարծիքների վերլուծությամբ. Ն. Մանթաշյանը՝ Ա. Սիմոնյանին» վերնագրով հրապարակած նյութի մեջ իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջի 29.05.2020 թվականի գրառումից կատարված մեջբերման մեջ տեղ գտած վիրավորական արտահայտությունների համար՝ ներողություն խնդրող տեքստ հրապարակելու ձևով: Դատարանը պարտավորեցրել է համապատասխան տեքստը հրապարակել alternativ.am կայքում, իսկ անհնարինության դեպքում՝ առնվազն 1000 տպաքանակ ունեցող լրատվության միջոցում կամ նման լրատվության միջոցի կայքում այնպես, որ այն իր տեղակայման, ձևավորման, տառատեսակի չափի ու տեսակի, հրապարակման ժամի առումով չզիջի alternativ.am կայքի «Իրենց անգրագիտությունն ի ցույց են դնում նաև ՄԻԵԴ կարծիքների վերլուծությամբ. Ն. Մանթաշյանը՝ Ա. Սիմոնյանին» վերնագրով հրապարակմանը:
Դատարանը վճռել է նաև Նարեկ Նահապետի Մանթաշյանից հօգուտ Ալեն Ռոբերտի Սիմոնյանի բռնագանձել 200.000 ՀՀ դրամ՝ որպես վիրավորանքի համար հասցված ոչ նյութական վնասի հատուցման գումար: Նարեկ Նահապետի Մանթաշյանից հօգուտ Ալեն Ռոբերտի Սիմոնյանի բռնագանձել 8.000 ՀՀ դրամ՝ որպես վերջինիս կողմից նախապես կատարված դատական ծախս, պետական տուրքի գումար, ինչպես նաև 170.000 ՀՀ դրամ՝ որպես դատական ծախս, փաստաբանի խելամիտ վարձատրության գումար:
ԱԺ նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Ծովինար Խաչատրյանը մեր հարցմանն ի պատասխան հաստատել է, որ Նարեկ Մանթաշյանը արդեն վճարել է դատարանի վճռով հաստատված գումարը։
