Ինչպես գիտեք, հանգամանքների բերումով ես անցած չորս ամիսների ընթացքում պրակտիկորեն կտրված էի երկրում տեղի ունեցող հանրային գործընթացներից, և խիստ հատվածաբար էի կարողանում դրանց արձագանքել։ Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը:

Նա նաեւ հավելել է. «Այդ ընթացքում, երկրում գործող պարտվողական վարչակարգը շարունակում էր մեր պետության անվտանգային համակարգը փուլային կազմաքանդման իր տարաբնույթ գործողությունները։ Ես առաջիկայում կփորձեմ մեկ առ մեկ դրանց անդրադառնալ, մինչ այդ այսօր կցանկանայի ձեր ուշադրությունը հրավիրել 24 միլիոն դրամով զինվորական ծառայությունից ազատվելու խայտառակ օրինագծի վրա։

 

 

Այս վարչակարգի իշխանության գալու պահից ի վեր, նրա կողմից բազմաթիվ փորձեր են եղել օրինականացնել հարուստների կողմից փողով իրենց երեխաներին զինվորական ծառայությունից ազատելու ամոթալի պրակտիկան, սակայն ամեն անգամ հանդիպելով հասրակության կոշտ դիմադրությանը, նրանք ստիպված են եղել ընկրկել։ Այս անգամ, երևի, իրենք համարում են, որ հասարակության ողնաշարն արդեն կոտրել են, և կարող են վերջնականապես օրինականացնել այն, ինչ իրենց շրջապատի «հարուստ դասալիքների» վաղնջական երազանքն է։

Հատկանշական է, որ այս վարչակարգը իշխանության է եկել առաջին հերթին հասարակության համեմատաբար չունևոր խավերի աջակցությամբ, նրանց սոցիալական արդարություն խոստանալով, բայց առաջին իսկ հնարավորության դեպքում դավաճանում է իր աջակիցներին, և աճուրդի է հանում յուրաքանչյուրի սահմանադրական պարտականությունը 24 մլն դրամի դիմաց, դրանով հասարակությունը բաժանելով «առաջին« և «երկրորդ« սորտի քաղաքացիների, և խորացնելով նրանց միջև անջրպետը և հասարակական բևեռացումը։

Ներկայումս Արդարադատության նախարարության կայքի վրա հանրային քննարկման է դրված այդ նախագիծը, այն շարունակվելու է ևս մի քանի օր։ Արձագանքները մեծամասամբ բացասական են, սակայն ակնհայտ անբավարար։ Եթե դուք դեմ եք այս նախագծին, խնդրում եմ մի քանի րոպե ժամանակ հատկացնենք, մտնեք կից հղումով, և քվեարկեք նրա դեմ։ Եթե ավել ժամանակ ունեք, կարող եք նաև ձեր մեկնաբանությունը թողնել։ Ձեզանից յուրաքանչյուրից է կախված մեր բոլորի անվտանգությունը և արդարությունը, ուստի խնդրում եմ այդ մի քանի րոպե ժամանակը չափսոսել։ Կանխավ շնորհակալ եմ»։
