Բաքուն շարունակելու է հարձակողական քաղաքականություն վարել Ղարաբաղում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ադրբեջանական զորքերի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքի գրավումը Բաքվի ակտիվ քաղաքականության շարունակությունն է, որը իրականություն է դարձնում Ղարաբաղյան երկրորդ պատերազմի ժամանակ ձեռք բերված հաջողությունները։ Այս մասին REGNUM-ի թղթակցին ասել է քաղաքագետ, kavkazoved.info կայքի գլխավոր խմբագիր Անդրեյ Արեշևը։ «Այս մասին բավականին շատ վարկածներ և ենթադրություններ կան։ Վարկածներից մեկով ենթադրվում է, որ Լաչինի (Բերձոր), Զաբուխի (Աղավնո) և Սուսայի (Ներքին Սուս) վաղաժամկետ հանձնումը Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի անձնական բանավոր որոշ պայմանավորվածությունների արդյունք է։
Համենայն դեպս, նման վարկած արտահայտվում է որոշ Տելեգրամ-ալիքներով, և դա համոզիչ կերպով չի հերքվում։ Բայց, ամեն դեպքում, գործ ունենք 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ին Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև ստորագրված եռակողմ համաձայնագրերի կատարման հետ՝ իր փուլերով։ Այստեղ ամբողջ հարցը ժամանակային է, քանի որ շրջանցիկ ճանապարհի կառուցման համար երեք տարի ժամկետ էր հատկացվել։ Բայց, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, Ադրբեջանը հետևողական է. ի սկզբանե պնդել էր, որ այդ հարցը պետք է շուտափույթ լուծվի, և իր հատվածը երեք տարվա փոխարեն ստախանովյան ոճով կառուցել էր մեկուկես տարում։ Մինչդեռ հայկական կողմը, ըստ երևույթին, հույս ուներ ինչ-որ կերպ հետաձգել այդ փուլի սկիզբը։ Դե, Լաչինի շրջանում մենք տեսանք էսկալացիա օգոստոսի սկզբին, երբ Ադրբեջանը հստակ հասկացրեց, որ շարունակելու է լիարժեք օգտվել այն առավելություններից, այդ թվում՝ ռազմական և քաղաքական, որոնք ստացել է վերջին տարիների արդյունքներով, մասնավորապես 2020 թվականի պատերազմով», - ասել է Անդրեյ Արեշևը:
Փորձագետն ընդգծել է, որ Փաշինյանից բավականին շփոթեցնող բացատրություններ են հնչում այս հարցի շուրջ, սակայն, ընդհանուր առմամբ, այն, ինչ տեղի է ունենում, համապատասխանում է ՀՀ կառավարության ղեկավարի մտածելակերպի և վարքագծի տրամաբանությանը, որը տեղ է գտել նրա մի շարք ելույթներում և «Երկրի մյուս կողմը» հոդվածների ժողովածուում, որտեղ նա ուղղակիորեն որոշակի դիրքորոշում է արտահայտել թե՛ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի, թե՛ այժմ նախկին «անվտանգության գոտու» առնչությամբ, որն ընդգրկում է նաև Լաչինի շրջանը։
