ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, խոսելով ինքնակարգապահության մասին, խոստովանել է, որ չի կարող իրեն շատ կարգապահ մարդ անվանել և անհրաժեշտ է համարում աշխատել իր վրա, գրում է ՌԻԱ «Նովոստի»-ն։
«Գիտեք, չեմ կարող ասել, որ ամենակարգապահն եմ, ես դեռ պետք է աշխատեմ ինքս ինձ վրա, սա միանգամայն ակնհայտ բան է»,- ասել է Պուտինն աշակերտների հետ բաց դասի ժամանակ։
Երկրի ղեկավարը նշել է, որ հաջողության հասնելու համար կարևոր է կարգապահությունը, սակայն միայն կարգապահությունը բավարար չէ. նպատակին հասնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ներքին մոտիվացիա, խնդիրների և առաջադրանքների լայն պատկերացում, ինչպես նաև ներքին հուզական տրամադրվածություն, պատասխանատվություն։
«Այս ամենը միասին չպետք է մի կողմում թողնի հաջողության հիմքում ընկած ևս մեկ շատ կարևոր բաղադրիչ՝ ստեղծագործ մոտեցում ձեր առջև ծառացած խնդիրների լուծմանը: Կարգապահությունը և մյուս հատկանիշները չպետք է հանգեցնեն ինչ-որ մտածողության նեղացման», - ասել է ՌԴ նախագահը:
Պուտինն ընդգծել է, որ ամեն ինչում ճշգրտությունը չպետք է փակի կրեատիվության ճանապարհը, «պետք է քեզ ազատ մարդ զգաս»։
«Այս ամենը միասին, իմ կարծիքով, կտան ցանկալի արդյունքը, հաջողությունը: Սա հաջողության ճանապարհն է: Եվ, իհարկե, աշխատասիրությունը: Այս ամենը միասին շատ կարևոր է: Աշխատասիրությունն ընդհանրապես առանձին տաղանդ է... ստիպել ձեզ աշխատել և կարողանալ դա արդյունավետ անել»,- եզրափակել է Պուտինը:
