Այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 2-ին, ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում։ Ժամը 01։00-ի սահմաններում Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ՝ 23-ամյա Պավլիկ Բ-ն իր վարած Mercedes մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով Ճամբարակ-Դրախտիկ ավտոճանապարհի 2-րդ կմ հատվածում դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց, բախվել ճանապարհին տեղադրված մետաղե արգելապատնեշներին և մի քանի պտույտ շրջվելով՝ հայտնվել ձախակողմյան ձորակում։

Shamshyan.com-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ վթարի հետևանքով Պավլիկ Բ-ն տեղում մահացել է։ Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 4-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Էդգար Սուսլիյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Վաչագան Ոսկանյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Ժամանել են նաև ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության պետ Արթուր Մկրտչյանն ու ոստիկանության Ճամբարակի բաժնի պետ Միքայել Միքայելյանը։ Վթարի մասին ՃՈ 177 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Միհրան Միրզոյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Արման Բաղդասարյանի, ավագ քննիչ Բաղրամյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Վթարի փաստով ավագ քննիչ Բաղրամյանի կողմից նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Կայքի տեղեկություններով՝ նյութերը վերջինիս կողմից փոխանցվել են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության 5-րդ կայազորային քննչական բաժին, քանի որ պարզվել է, որ մահացածը ծառայում էր ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասում՝ որպես պայմանագրային զինծառայող։
