ՌԴ արձագանքը բրյուսելյան հանդիպմանն ավելի քան կոշտ էր, ավելի քան ոչ երկիմաստ, թեպետ չեմ կարծում, որ Բրյուսել մեկնելուց թե՛ Հայսատանի, թե՛ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարները չեն փորձել համաձայնեցնել իրենց գործողությունները նաև Ռուսաստանի հետ: Այս մասին MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց քաղտեխնոլոգ Վիգեն Հակոբյանը:

«Փաշինյանը եռակողմ հանդիպումից առաջ հեռախոսազրույց ունեցավ ՌԴ նախագահ Պուտինի հետ, ու չնայած առիթը տոնական էր, կապված հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների տարեդարձի հետ, բայց հասկանալի էր, որ դա ընդամենը պաշտոնական պատրվակ էր: Իրականում Փաշինյանը և Ալիևը խոսում էին առաջիկա հանդիպման շուրջ», - ասաց նա:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, նշեց Հակոբյանը, Ռուսաստանը քաղաքական խանդի որոշ տեսարաններ ցույց է տալիս, բայց մինչ հիմա էլ հայ-ադրբեջանական բանակցային գործընթացը գտնվում է Մոսկվայի կողմից վերահսկելի սահմաններում՝ կան կարմիր գծեր, որոնք կողմերը չեն անցնելու:

«Ռուսաստանի տրամաբանությունը հետրյալն է. կան եռակողմ ստորագրված փաստաթղթեր` Ռուսաստանի մոդեռատրությամբ, և չի կարող լինել առանց նրա: Զախարովայի երեկվա կոշտ հայտարարությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ , ինչ-որ բան հայտնի է դարձել Ռուսաստանին, որը տեղի է ունենում իր վերահսկողությունից դուրս, կամ գուցե ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածություններից դուրս»,- հավելեց նա:
