Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը մարտահրավեր է նետել Արևմուտքին՝ հրավիրելով չինական և հնդկական բանակներին «Վոստոկ-2022» զորավարժություններին, գրում է Bloomberg-ը։
«Այսպիսով, նա հակազդում է Ուկրաինայի հակամարտության պատճառով Մոսկվային մեկուսացնելու ԱՄՆ-ի և նրա դաշնակիցների փորձերին»,- ասվում է հրապարակման մեջ։
Նույնիսկ այն պարագայում, երբ ԱՄՆ-ն սիրաշահում է Հնդկաստանին որպես պաշտպանական գործընկեր և հորդորում նրան չխաթարել Ռուսաստանի դեմ միջազգային պատժամիջոցները ուկրաինական պատերազմի պատճառով, Նյու Դելիի կառավարությունը Ռուսաստանի զորավարժություններին ուղարկում է 75 հոգուց բաղկացած փոքր ռազմական ջոկատ:
Հոդվածում նշվում է, որ Հնդկաստանը ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի հարցում կողմ չի բռնել՝ չնայած Արևմուտքի ճնշումներին։ Ըստ հեղինակների՝ դա պայմանավորված է Մոսկվայի և Նյու Դելիի սերտ գործընկերությամբ։
Ինչ վերաբերում է Չինաստանին, ապա այդ երկրի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտնել է, որ բանակը, օդային և ռազմածովային ուժերը մասնակցում են զորավարժություններին, որոնց նպատակն է ուժեղացնել ռազմական համակարգումը:
Չինաստանի Կոմունիստական կուսակցության կողմից աջակցվող Global Times-ը հայտնել է, որ այս տարի զորավարժությունները կենտրոնանալու են հնարավոր սպառնալիքների վրա, հատկապես ԱՄՆ-ից Խաղաղօվկիանոսյան տարածաշրջանում:
Չինաստանը հրաժարվել է քննադատել Ռուսաստանին Ուկրաինա ներխուժման համար և դատապարտել է Մոսկվայի դեմ ԱՄՆ-ի և Եվրոպայի պատժամիջոցները:
Չինաստանի դերը զորավարժություններում «չի կարող դիտվել որպես աջակցություն» Ռուսաստանին հակամարտության հարցում, ասել է Մոսկվայի Տնտեսագիտության բարձրագույն դպրոցի ռուս ռազմական փորձագետ Վասիլի Կաշինը:
«Դա պարզապես ցույց է տալիս մեզ, որ բանակ-ռազմական կապերը շարունակվում են սովորականի պես»,- ասել է նա:
«Վոստոկ-2022» ռազմավարական զորավարժությունները կանցկացվեն սեպտեմբերի 1-ից 7-ը Արևելյան ռազմական շրջանի յոթ պոլիգոններում. կօգտագործվի ավելի քան 50 հազար մարդ, ավելի քան հինգ հազար միավոր զենք և ռազմական տեխնիկա, այդ թվում՝ 140 ինքնաթիռ, 60 ռազմանավ:
Համատեղ գործողություններ կմշակվեն ՀԱՊԿ-ի, ՇՀԿ-ի և այլ գործընկեր պետությունների օպերատիվ վերահսկողության խմբերի, ռազմական կոնտինգենտի և դիտորդների կողմից:
