Դատավորը դեմ գնաց փաշինյանական վարչախմբին․ Չալաբյանը՝ ազատության մեջ

Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Ռուզաննա Բարսեղյանը երեկ արդարացի որոշում է կայացրել «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի գործով։
Կեսօրին մոտ, երբ նա պետք է հրապարակեր խափանման միջոցը փոխելու որոշումը, հանկարծակի հայտարարել է, թե ավելի ուշ կհրապարակի։ Դրանից հետո թե՛ Չալաբյանի փաստաբանները, թե՛ հանրությունը կարծում էին, թե դատավորը գտնվում է ճնշման տակ, և գործող իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անում են, որպեսզի նրան պարտադրեն շարունակել կալանքի տակ պահել Ավետիք Չալաբյանին։ Ավելի ուշ, սակայն, դատավորը կարողացել է այնքան համարձակություն ունենալ, որ որոշել է Ավետիք Չալաբյանին ազատ արձակել 15 միլիոն գրավի դիմաց։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի կալանքը փոփոխելուն չէր առարկում անգամ դատախազությունը, և միայն տխրահռչակ դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանն ու նրա անմիջական ղեկավարը դարձած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էին ամեն գնով փորձում Ավետիք Չալաբյանին պահել կալանքի տակ։
Ըստ էության, փաստ է այլևս, որ Հայաստանի դատական համակարգում կան դատավորներ, որոնք չեն պարում Փաշինյանի կրնկի տակ և կարողանում են իրապես արդարացի վճիռ կայացնել։ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը կալանքի տակ էր երկուսուկես ամիս, ընդամենը մեկ շաբաթ օրենքի ուժով ազատության մեջ էր մնացել, սակայն Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը նիստերն սկսելուն պես նրան կալանավորել էր։
Չալաբյանի կինը և փաստաբանները նախօրեին հանդիպել էին Միացյալ Նահանգների դեսպանատան իրավապաշտպանների հետ, ներկայացրել իրենց դիրքորոշումները և կատարվող ապօրինությունները։
Չի բացառվում, իհարկե, որ միջազգային կառույցները ևս իրենց դերն ունեցել են Ավետիք Չալաբյանին ազատ արձակելու հարցում։ Սակայն մենք հակված ենք այն կարծիքին, որ իրականում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ապտակ ստացավ դատարանի կողմից, և բնավ չի բացառվում, որ գործող վարչախումբը կրկին նոր միջոցներ ձեռնարկի իր հիմնական ընդդիմախոսներից մեկին կալանքի տակ ուղարկելու, իսկ անհնազանդ դատավորին պատժելու համար։
