Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Ռուզաննա Բարսեղյանը խորհրդակցական սենյակ է գնացել՝ որոշում կայացնելու «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի խափանման միջոցը փոխելու հարցով։

Այսօր նիստը չափազանց կարճ է տևել, խոսել են Ավետիք Չալաբյանի փաստաբանները, որոնք հայտարարել են, եթե Չալաբյանը գտնվի ազատության մեջ, չկա գեթ մեկ փաստ, որ կարող է խոչընդոտել գործի քննությանը։

Ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր, տխրահռչակ Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը Չալաբյանին կալանավորելու որոշման մեջ գրել էր՝ առկա է բարձր հավանականություն, որ Չալաբյանը կխոչընդոտի գործի քննությանը։

«Դատարանը չի ներկայացրել փաստեր։ Դատարանը եթե ծանոթանա գործի նյութերին, ապա կտեսնի, որ Չալաբյանը չի արել այնպիսի գործողություններ, որոնք կարող են խոչընդոտել գործի քննությանը, այլ արել է ճիշտ հակառակը»,- այսօր դատարանում ասել է Չալաբյանի պաշտպանը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ Չալաբյանը հասարակական գործիչ է, ունի չորս երեխա, երեխաներից մեկն ունի որոշակի առողջական խնդիրներ, ծնողներից մեկը բարդ վիրահատության է ենթարկվել, նա ի նպաստ Հայաստանի կրթական ու բարեգործական ծրագրեր է իրականացրել։

«Մենք վերաքննիչ դատարան եկել ենք օրենքով սահմանված երաշխիքների հետևից, լիահույս ենք, որ դատարանն այդ ամենը գնահատելու է այդ երաշխիքների համատեքստում, որոնց ուժով Չալաբյանը կկարողանա իր նկատմամբ հարուցված գործի դատավարությանը մասնակցել ազատության մեջ»,- ասել է փաստաբան Վարազդատ Հարությունյանը։

Չալաբյանի գործով որոշումը կհրապարակվի վաղը կեսօրին։
