Փոխվարչապետ Համբարձում Մաթևոսյանը օգոստոսի 26-ին, Կատայքի մարզ կատարած այցի ընթացքում, հանդիպել է Գառնի համայնքի Ողջաբերդ բնակավայրի սողանքային գոտում գտնվող 4-րդ և 5-րդ կարգի վնասվածության աստիճան ունեցող բնակելի տների բնակիչներին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Կառավարությունը, 2022 թվականի հուլիսի 7-ի որոշմամբ, 241 մլն 897 հազար դրամ ֆինանսական աջակցություն է տրամադրել Ողջաբերդ բնակավայրի սողանքային գոտում գտնվող 15 բնակելի տների բնակիչներին բնակարանի գնման վկայագրի միջոցով բնակարան գնելու համար։

Այցի ընթացքում փոխվարչապետին ուղեկցել են ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանը, Կոտայքի մարզպետ Ահարոն Սահակյանը, Քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի նախագահ Արմեն Ղուլարյանը, Գառնի համայնքի ղեկավար Տիգրան Պողոսյանը, Հայաստանի տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Արթուր Սողոմոնյանը, պաշտոնատար այլ անձինք։

Փոխվարչապետը ողջաբերդցիների հետ զրույցում ընդգծել է, որ Կառավարությունը, կարևորելով քաղաքացիների՝ անվտանգ պայմաններում ապրելու անհրաժեշտությունը,  հաստատակամ է խնդրի փուլ առ փուլ լուծման հարցում։

Բնակիչները շնորհակալություն են հայտնել Կառավարությանը՝ տարիներ շարունակ բարձրաձայնվող խնդրին արձագանքելու և բնարականի գնման վկայագրեր տալու որոշման համար։ Պաշտոնատար անձինք զրույցի ընթացքում ողջաբերդցիներին ևս մեկ անգամ ներկայացրել են փոխհատուցում ստանալու ընթացակարգերը և նշել, որ ընդամենն օրեր անց նրանց արդեն կտրվեն վկայագրերը՝ հորդորելով այն իրացնել սահմանված ժամկետում:

Այցի ընթացքում փոխվարչապետը ծանոթացել է նաև Տեղական տնտեսության և ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման ծրագրի շրջանակում «Գառնու տաճարի մերձակա տարածքի բարեկարգում» ենթածրագրի շինարարական աշխատանքների ընթացքին։

Հայաստանի տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Արթուր Սողոմոնյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ այն 3.4 մլրդ դրամ արժեքով իրականացվող չորս ենթածրագրերից վերջինն է՝ հավելելով, որ դրանցից երեքն արդեն ավարտվել և հանձնվել են համայնքի բնակիչներին։

Ներկայում ընթանում են  «Գառնու տաճարի մերձակա տարածքի բարեկարգում» ենթածրագրի շինարարական աշխատանքները, արժեքը՝ 551 մլն 945 հազար դրամ, որոնց ավարտը նախատեսված է 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերին: Վերջնարդյունքում ստեղծվելու է կայանատեղի՝  զբոսաշրջիկներին տեղափոխող ավտոմեքենաների համար, բարեկարգվելու է դեպի Գառնու տաճար և նոր կայանատեղի տանող ճանապարհների մայթերը և երթևեկելի հատվածները, բարեկարգվող փողոցները կահավորվելու են ճանապարհային նշաններով, զբոսաշրջային ցուցանակներով և համապատասխան գծանշումներով, թեքահարթակներով: Նախատեսվում է նաև բարեկարգել Գառնու  տաճարի պարսպի մերձակա հրապարակը, դիտահարթակը և այլն։
