Ուկրաինացի զինվորականները այսօր ամերիկյան HIMARS համազարկային կրակի ռեակտիվ համակարգից հիվանդանոց են գնդակոծել ԼԺՀ-ում, երեք մարդ զոհվել է, յոթը՝ վիրավորվ։ Տեղեկությունը հայտնել է ՌԴ պաշտպանության կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնի ղեկավար, գեներալ-գնդապետ Միխայիլ Միզինցևը:
Նա ճշտել է, որ ուկրաինական ստորաբաժանումների հրամանատարներին, որոնք տվել են այդ հանցավոր հրամանը, «նախապես հայտնի է եղել, որ ընտրված թիրախը գործող քաղաքացիական բժշկական օբյեկտ է (սպիտակ ֆոնի վրա կարմիր խաչերի տեսքով նշագրում ունի), որտեղ բուժման մեջ են եղել տարեց մարդիկ, երեխաներ և հղի կանայք»:
Պաշտպանության կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնի ղեկավարը ՄԱԿ-ին, ԱՀԿ-ին, Կարմիր խաչին և այլ միջազգային կազմակերպություններին կոչ է արել դատապարտել Կիևի իշխանությունների գործողությունները և անհապաղ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել բժշկական օբյեկտներին հարվածներ հասցնելը կանխելու համար:
«Խարկովի մարզի Պանյուտինո քաղաքում № 2 դպրոցում տեղակայված են ազգայնական գումարտակների զինյալները, զինամթերքի պահեստներ են կահավորված և զրահատեխնիկա է տեղակայված, ընդ որում՝ հարակից բնակելի թաղամասերի բնակիչներն անվտանգ վայրեր չեն տարհանվել»,-հայտնել է գեներալը:
Միզինցևը ասել է, որ ՌԴ-ում աշխատում է փախստականների ժամանակավոր տեղավորման ավելի քան 9,5 հազար կետ: Նրա խոսքով՝ Ուկրաինայի 2139 բնակավայրերից և Կիևի իշխանությունների վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող ԴԺՀ տարածքից տարհանվել ցանկացողներից ավելի քան 2,76 մլն դիմում է ստացվել:
«Չնայած կիևյան ռեժիմի ակտիվ հակազդեցությանը, անցած օրվա ընթացքում առանց Ուկրաինայի իշխանությունների մասնակցության Ուկրաինայի վտանգավոր շրջաններից և Դոնբասի հանրապետություններից Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության տարածք է տարահանվել 24 859 մարդ, այդ թվում՝ 3 655 երեխա, իսկ ընդհանուր առմամբ հատուկ ռազմական գործողության սկսվելուց ի վեր՝ 3 680 474 մարդ, որոնցից 587 186-ը երեխաներ են», -ասել է Միզինցևը:
Նա հստակեցրել է, որ Ռուսաստանի սահմանը հատել է գրեթե 624 հազար անձնական ավտոմեքենա։
