ՀՀ հատուկ հանձնարարություններով դեսպան Էդմոն Մարուքյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում անդրադարձել է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ի հայտարարությանը՝ դեսպան Ֆիլիպ Ռիկերին Կովկասում բանակցությունների գծով ավագ խորհրդական նշանակելու վերաբերյալ:
«Ադրբեջանում կարծում են, թե իրենք կարող են որոշել` ԱՄՆ-ն Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ նշանակի, թե չնշանակի...
Կամ իրենք կարող են պնդել, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ չկա, իսկ Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը լուծված է, բայց ամբողջ միջազգային հանրությունն արտահայտի այլ կարծիք` առ այն, որ երկարատև խաղաղության համար Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորումն անհրաժեշտություն է:
Այսինքն, արձանագրված է, որ կա Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ և դրա շուրջ ստեղծված հակամարտություն, առանց որի կարգավորման շատ հեռու կլինենք խաղաղությունից:
Ռազմական հաջողությունը կուրացնում է, իսկ հետո անհաջողությունների հիմք դառնում»,- գրել է նա:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱՄՆ-ի պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենը դեսպան Ֆիլիպ Ռիքերին նշանակել է որպես Կովկասի հարցերով բանակցություններում գլխավոր խորհրդական։
Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն մեկնաբանել է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենի հայտարարությունը՝ նշելով, որ Մինսկի խումբը վերակենդանացնելու փորձերը կարող են հանգեցնել կարգավորման գործընթացից ԱՄՆ-ի հեռացմանը:
