Ամենակարևոր խնդիրը կրավորականությունն է։ Դեռևս 2019 թվականին այսպես կոչված հեղափոխությունից ամիսներ անց, «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը հոդվածներ է հրապարակել «Մեդիամաքսում», որում նշել էր, թե այսօր, երբ մենք փորձում ենք թոթափել անցյալի բեռը և ապագայի ուղի ընտրել, պետք է գիտակցենք, որ հեղափոխությունը ընդամենը փշրել է համակարգային բուրգի գագաթը։
«Սակայն նրա ներսում գտնվող մեր հարյուր հազարավոր համաքաղաքացիներ, զգալի չափով, շարունակում են ապրել ու գործել նույն կրավորական արժեքային կաղապարներում՝ շարունակում են կաշառք վերցնել կամ հովանավորել սեփական մասնավոր գործերը, զբաղվել պետական գործարարության իմիտացիայով, սիրաշահել օտարներին և թաքնված առաջ մղել նրանց շահերը։ Ցավոք, այլ կերպ չէր էլ կարող լինել, քանի որ մարդիկ, և առավել ևս համակարգերն ու հասարակություններն արագ չեն փոխվել»,- ընդգծել էր Չալաբյանը։
Այսօր ինքը՝ «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիրը, գտնվում է կալանքի տակ, և հասարակությունը մեծ հաշվով, չհաշված որոշ բացառություններին, կրավորական է վերաբերվում թե՛ նրա կալանավորման և թե՛ շատ այլ անձանց նկատմամբ իշխանությունների ապօրինություններին, իր ձայնը չի բարձրացնում՝ արդարություն պահանջելով։
Ըստ էության, 2018 թվականից հետո ոչ միայն բան չի փոխվել, այլ ընդհակառակը, վիճակն ավելի է խորացել, և այդ կրավորականությունը դարձել է Արցախի զգալի մասի կորստի, ՀՀ ինքնիշխանության թուլացման, Հայաստանում օրենքի, արդարադատության ավելի մեծ ճգնաժամի պատճառ։
Ավետիք Չալաբյանն ու իր ընկերները պայքարում են Հայաստանում հենց այդ կրավորականության դեմ, իրենց օրինակով անազատության մեջ գտնվելով, բանտից պայքարում են, պայքար են մղում, որպեսզի ժողովուրդը ի վերջո թոթափի այդ կրավորականությունը, ոտքի կանգնի՝ պաշտպանելու իր իրավունքները։ Իրավունքների համար պաշտպանության պայքարը պերմանենտ պետք է լինի, այլապես թուլանալու դեպքում կստանանք նորանոր Նիկոլներ և մրից ելնելով կընկնենք մրաջրի մեջ։
Սա է, ըստ էության, ամենամեծ խնդիրներից մեկը, իհարկե, դա նաև օբյեկտիվ պատճառ ունի, արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմում կրած պարտությունը լրջագույն հարված էր և մարդկանց մեծ մասին հասցրել է ապատիայի, սակայն ընդդիմությունը ինքը պետք է կարողանա մարդկանց ոտքի կանգնեցնել, բացատրել ստեղծված իրավիճակում հանրության իրական անելիքները և իրական պարտավորությունները, ինչն էլ անում է Ավետիք Չալաբյանը:
