Աշխարհում շարունակվող ճգնաժամերը տարբեր ոլորտներում նշանավորել են «առատության» և «անհոգության» շրջանի ավարտը, և հասարակությունը պետք է համախմբվի՝ պատրաստակամությամբ վճարելու ճգնաժամերի հետևանքները կարգավորելու համար: Այս մասին չորեքշաբթի հայտարարել է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը՝ ամառային արձակուրդից հետո բացելով Նախարարների խորհրդի առաջին նիստը, գրում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

«Ես գտնում եմ, որ մենք ապրում ենք ցնցումների ժամանակաշրջան... և դա սկսվել է ոչ թե այս ամառ, այլ վերջին տարիներին, դա կարելի է անվանել առատության շրջանի մայրամուտ», - ասել է Մակրոնը: 

Նա նաև հայտարարել է «հողերի ու նույնիսկ ջրի առատության վերջը»։

«Մենք պետք է ձեռնարկենք բոլոր միջոցները հետևանքներին դիմակայելու համար»,- ընդգծել է Մակրոնը:

Ճգնաժամերի թվում Մակրոնը նշել է անտառային հրդեհները, որոնք ընդգրկել են Ֆրանսիայի հսկայական տարածքներ, ինչպես նաև երաշտը և անվտանգության իրավիճակը ինչպես Ֆրանսիայում, այնպես էլ արտերկրում։ Առանձին-առանձին նա նշել է «Մալիում տեղի ունեցած փոփոխությունները», որոնք ստիպել են Ֆրանսիային վերակազմավորել իր ուժերը աֆրիկյան Սահելում, ինչպես նաև հակամարտությունն Ուկրաինայում։ Նա նաև հայտարարել է նոր ռիսկերի ի հայտ գալու մասին, այդ թվում՝ թվային ոլորտում։

«Այս ամենը միասին՝ առատության, անհոգության ու ակնհայտության վերջն է, սա մի մեծ ցնցում է, որը մենք ապրում ենք, որի առաջ կանգնած մեր հայրենակիցները կարող են գիտակցություն դրսևորել։ Մենք պետք է... բաց խոսենք այն մասին, որ մեր ազատությունը, ազատության ռեժիմը, որում մենք սովոր ենք ապրել, գին ունի։ Եվ երբեմն, երբ պահանջվում է այն պաշտպանել, զոհեր են ենթադրվում»,-ասել է Մակրոնը։
