Արցախ-ՀՀ նոր ճանապարհին ադրբեջանական անցակետեր չեն լինելու, ռուսներն են վստահեցրել․ մանրամասներ՝ Ստեփանակերտից

Արդեն տեղեկացրել ենք, որ ԱՀ խորհրդարանական 5 ուժերի ղեկավարները օգոստոսի 23-ին հանդիպել են ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի ղեկավարության հետ։ Հանդիպման շարժառիթը ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ դեսպանորդ-խորհրդական Մաքսիմ Սելեզնյովի՝ վերջերս արված հայտարարությունն էր, ինչպես նաև օգոստոսի սկզբին Ադրբեջանի կողմից հրադադարի հերթական խախտումն ու անվտանգային հարցերը։
«Հանդիպումը նախաձեռնել էին Արցախի խորհրդարանի 3 ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունները, սակայն, քանի որ բազմիցս հայտարարել ենք, որ Արցախի հարցում բոլորս միասնական ենք, ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի ղեկավարության հետ հանդիպմանը մասնակցեցին ԱՀ ԱԺ 5 խմբակցությունները»,-ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Արցախի ԱԺ «Արդարություն» խմբակցության ղեկավար Դավիթ Գալստյանը։
Նրա խոսքով, ինչպես և վաղօրոք հայտարարվել էր, հանդիպման հիմնական նպատակը արցախյան կողմի մտահոգությունները ներկայացնելն էր՝ մասնավորապես «Բերձորի» (Լաչինի) միջանցքի ճակատագրի, ինչպես նաև Արցախ-Հայաստան այլընտրանքային ճանապարհի իրավական կարգավորման ու անվտանգային հարցերի համատեքստում։
«ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի ղեկավարությունը մեզ տեղեկացրեց, որ Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող նոր ճանապարհի հետ կապված իրավական կարգավորումները դեռևս անորոշ են, փաստաթղթային որևէ գործընթաց, կարգավիճակի և այլնի հետ կապված հարցերը դեռ քննարկման փուլում են։ Կարծում եմ, այդ հարցը քաղաքական կոմպոնենտ ունի։ Բացի այդ, նրանք վստահեցրեցին, որ այդ ճանապարհը ևս, ինչպես Բերձորի միջանցքի դեպքում, լինելու է իրենց վերահսկողության տիրույթում, առանց ադրբեջանական անցակետի ու ադրբեջանցի զինվորների ներկայության»,-նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ օրերս Արցախի ՏԿԵ նախարար Հայկ Խանումյանը հայտնել էր, որ դեպի Հայաստան տանող նոր երթուղու այն ճանապարհահատվածը, որն անցնում է Լաչինի միջանցքով, Հին շեն, Մեծ շեն, Կանաչ Թալա բնակավայրերով և հասնում մինչև ՀՀ սահման արդեն պատրաստ է։ Նախարարի խոսքով՝ դեռևս պատրաստ չէ ՀՀ սահմանից Կոռնիձոր տանող 11 կիլոմետրանոց ճանապարհաhատվածը։
Անդրադառնալով 2020 թ․ նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությանը, Դավիթ Գալստյանը նշեց, որ այդ փաստաթղթից շեղումներ են եղել՝ հատկապես կապված 6-րդ կետի հետ։ Նա նշեց, որ այդ խնդիրը ևս արցախցի խորհրդարանականները բարձրաձայնել են ռուսական կողմի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ։
«Հույս ունենք, որ այդ շեղումները ևս կամրագրվեն մեկ այլ եռակողմ հայտարությամբ, որովհետև, կրկնում եմ, խնդիրն ունի առաջին հերթին քաղաքական կոմպոնենտ»,-նշեց նա։
