Ավետիք Չալաբյանի տեսլականը ընդդեմ իրականության

Հայահավաք, արդիականացում, ռազմականացում. ահա այն 3 գործոնները, որոնք առաջարկում է «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը։
Փոխարենը Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները ընտրել են տոտալ անպաշտպանվածության և տոտալ պացիֆիզմի գաղափարը։
Ժամանակին, դեռևս 8 տարի առաջ, անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը քննադատում էր բոլոր պացիֆիստներին, հայհոյում և ծաղրում, իսկ այսօր նրա իսկ ներկայացրած իշխանությունը ամենալկտի, ցինիկ պացիֆիստական դրույթներով է փորձում կերակրել հանրությանը։
Արդյունքում ունենում ենք մի իրավիճակ, երբ անպաշտպան են բոլորը, անպաշտպան են հասարակ մարդիկ օրենքի և ստեղծված իրականության դեմ, անպաշտպան են պետական պաշտոնյաները, անպաշտպան են մարդիկ հանցագործներից։
Վերջին դեպքը Մասիսում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունն էր, երբ ավագանու նախկին անդամը ատրճանակով և նռնակով մտել էր քաղաքապետարանի շենք և սպառնում էր մեկ տասնյակ մարդ ոչնչացնել իր հետ միասին։ Ի վերջո նույն հանցագործը ինքնասպան եղավ։
Անպաշտպան են անգամ ընդդիմադիրները, որոնք չեն կարողանում ներկայացնել իրենց քաղաքական տեսլականները հանրությանը։ Անպաշտպան են լրատվամիջոցները, որոնք ենթարկվում են գործող իշխանությունների ֆեյքային հարձակումներին, երբեմն էլ՝ ոչ միայն ֆեյքային։ Եվ նույնիսկ անպաշտպան են գործող իշխանությունները, որոնք չեն կարողանում ողջամիտ, հստակ ներկայացնել իրենց սեփական տեսլականը երկրի զարգացման։
Տոտալ անպաշտպանվածության այս իրականության մեջ եզակի մարդիկ են, ովքեր կարողանում են ներկայացնել իրենց տեսլականը, իրենց պատկերացումները երկրի զարգացման և իրականության փոփոխման վերաբերյալ։
«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր Ավետիք Չալաբյանը այդ եզակիներից մեկն է, որը հանդես է գալիս այդ տոտալ անպաշտպանվածության դեմ։ Ուզո՞ւմ է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը ունենալ պաշտպանված երկիր, ուրեմն պետք է լսի խելացի և ողջամիտ մարդկանց, չի՞ ուզում ունենալ պաշտպանված երկիր, ուրեմն կստանա տասնամյակների ծանր և դաժան իրականությունը, որն ի վերջո դուրս է գալու նրա դեմ և հարվածելու է ամբողջ պետությանը։
Արդյո՞ք արտաքին կառավարման հետևանք է սա, թե՞ գործող իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անում են անպաշտպանվածությունը խորացնելու, բարդ է ասել։ Փաստն այն է, որ այսօր Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը ամենաանպաշտպան տարածքներից մեկն է, անպաշտպան թե՛ ներքին, թե՛ արտաքին հարվածներից։
