NEWS.am–ի տեղեկություններով` դեկտեմբերի 28-ին իր 14-ամյա որդուն պատահամամբ հրազենային վնասվածք հասցրած, Վարդենիս քաղաքի բնակիչ Դավիթ Համբարձումյանի կրակոցն ուղղված է եղել իր պարտապաններին:

Դավիթը առեւտրական է, եւ այդ օրը նրա պարտապաններից երկուսը գնացել են նրա տուն, որոնցից ինքը պահանջել է իր գումարը: Պարտապանները նրան ասել են, որ չեն կարող գումարը տալ, այդ պահին էլ Դավիթ Համբարձումյանը կողքի սենյակից բերել է զենքն ու կրակել պարտապանների ուղղությամբ եւ պատահմամբ հրազենային վնասվածք հասցրել իր 14-ամյա որդուն: Տեսնելով, որ իր որդուն է վնասել, Դավիթը բարկացած դուրս է եկել տնից փախչող պարտապանների հետեւից եւ կրկին կրակել նրանց ուղղությամբ:

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ 14-ամյա Վանուշ Համբարձումյանը գտնվում է Վարդենիսի զինվորական հոսպիտալում, նրա վիճակը կայուն ծանր է:

Դեպքի առթիվ Վարդենիսի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի եւ 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են անչափահասի՝ հրազենային վնասվածք ստանալու հանգամանքները։ Նախնական տվյալներով՝  հայր եւ որդի Դավիթ եւ Մհեր Համբարձումյանները,  նշված հասցեում  վիճաբանել են  երկու այլ անձանց՝ Ա.Շաբոյանի եւ Պ.Պողոսյանի հետ, որի ժամանակ Մ. Համբարձումյանը տնից  վերցրել է ատրճանակը եւ կրակոցներ արձակել, որի հետեւանքով վիճաբանությանը ներկա գտնվող վերջինիս անչափահաս որդին ստացել է մարմնական վնասվածք:

Այնուհետեւ Ա.Շաբոյանը եւ Պ.Պողոսյանը նստել են Ա.Շաբոյանի կողմից վարվող «Գազ 32213» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան եւ փորձել են հեռանալ դեպքի վայրից: Այդ ընթացքում հնչել է երկրորդ կրակոցը, որի հետեւանքով վնասվել է ավտոմեքենայի ձախ կողային ապակին:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ 2015թ. դեկտեմբերի 28-ին ժամը 22:00-ի սահմաններում Վարդենիսի զինվորական հոսպիտալ է տեղափոխվել 14-ամյա Վանուշ Համբարձումյանը: Պարզվել է, որ պատանին հրազենային վնասվածք է ստացել Վարդենիսից դեպի տեղի հոգեբուժական կենտրոն տանող ճանապարհին, որտեղ զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է «ՏՏ» տեսակի ատրճանակից արձակված կրակված 2 պարկուճ, որը ընթերականների ներկայությամբ առգրավվել է:
