Չալաբյանի դատաքննությունը ընդմիջվել է շուրջ մեկ ամսով․ միտումնավորությո՞ւն, թե՞․․․

«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի գործով հաջորդ դատական նիստը կայանալու է սեպտեմբերի 7-ին։ Նախորդ նիստը օգոստոսի 10-ին էր, Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում, տխրահռչակ դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանի նախագահությամբ։
Չալաբյանին կրկին ճաղերի ետև վերադարձնելուց հետո, Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը մեկնել է «վաստակած» հանգստի, իսկ այդ ընթացքում գրեթե մեկ ամիս Ավետիք Չալաբյանը կշարունակի մնալ անազատության մեջ։ Վստահաբար սա խոշտանգում է Փաշինյանի քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսի նկատմամբ։
Գործող իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ արեցին, որպեսզի Ավետիք Չալաբյանին կրկին վերադարձնեն անազատության և այժմ էլ շարունակում են նրա նկատմամբ բռնաճնշումները, մինչդեռ դատավորը հանգստանալու է, չգիտենք արտերկրո՞ւմ, թե՞ Հայաստանում, ամեն դեպքում Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը վաղուց է ապացուցել, որ որևէ կալանավորի՝ հատկապես քաղաքական կալանավորի ճակատագիրն իրեն ընդհանրապես չի հուզում։
Իհարկե, նա կարող էր 2 շաբաթով մեկնել արձակուրդի և ավելի վաղ նշանակել Չալաբյանի գործով դատաքննությունը, սակայն նախընտրել է առնվազն մեկ ամիս Ավետիք Չալաբյանին պահել անազատության մեջ, ընդ որում սեպտեմբերին մեկնարկելիք դատաքննության ընթացքում պետք է հետազոտեն գործով առկա ապացույցները, որոնք առանց այն էլ այս գործում գրեթե գոյություն չունեն՝ չհաշված Ագրարային համալսարանի ուսանողական խորհրդի նախագահ Թոռնիկ Ալիյանի կեղծ և ակնհայտ անհեթեթ ձայնագրությունը, ապա և դատարանն անցնելու է դատավարության փաստաթղթերի հետազոտման, վկաների և մեղադրյալների հարցաքննությանը։
Պաշտպանական կողմը վաղուց է նշել, որ այս քրեական գործը փլվելու է դատարանում՝ հենց իշխանության գլխին։ Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, գործող իշխանություններն իրենք էլ հասկանում են այս գործի անհեռանկարայնությունը, սակայն փորձում են ամառային արձակուրդներն օգտագործելով, գոնե մեկ ամիս ավել Ավետիք Չալաբյանին պահել անազատության մեջ։ Թե դրանից հետո որքան կհաջողվի տանջել իշխանության գլխավոր ընդդիմախոսներից մեկին, դա էլ արդեն կախված է Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանի «հմտություններից»։
