Հանրային ճնշումից հետո Փաշինյանը ստիպված ՀՀ տարածքում սուգ է հայտարարել։ Այս մասին ֆեբսյուքյան էջում գրել է ԱԺ պատգամավոր, ՀՅԴ անդամ Գեղամ Մանուկյանը։
Գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

Ի հիշատակ 2022 թվականի օգոստոսի 14-ին «Երևանի պահածոների գործարան» ՓԲԸ-ի տարածքում տեղի ունեցած հրդեհի և պայթյունի հետևանքով զոհված քաղաքացիների՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում 2022 թվականի օգոստոսի 17-18-ը ներառյալ հայտարարել սուգ»:
Ու ՎԵՐՋ։ Որեւէ այլ բառ չկա, թե դա ինչ է ենթադրում՝ դրոշնե՞րն են վար առնվում, հեռուստաեթերում փոփոխություններ լինու՞մ են, զվարճանքի վայրե՞րն են փակ լինում։ Քանի որ չկա հստակ կանոնակարգում։ Մի խելքը գլխին մարդ չկա՞ր այդ կառավարությունում, որ հուշեր՝ պետք է հավելվեին մի քանի կետեր, որ սուգն էլ լիներ պատշաճ կերպով։ Թող սովորեին այլ պետությունների ղեկավարներից։ Արանգմ Արցախի հանրապետության իշխանություններից, որը եւս սուգ է հայտարարել հայկական երկրորդ Հանրապետությունում։

Կամ գոնե արտագրեին նախկինում Նիկոլի ստորագրած երկու որոշումներից՝ հավելելով երկրորդ կետ հետեւյալ բովանդակությամբ՝ «Հանձնարարել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական կառավարման համակարգի մարմինների ղեկավարներին և առաջարկել համայնքների ղեկավարներին ապահովել «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դրոշի մասին» օրենքի 4-րդ հոդվածի պահանջների կատարումը»։
Հղում տային «Տեսալսողական մեդիայի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 9-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ կետին, որ կարգավորվեր նաեւ հեռուստաեթերը։ Զվարճանքի վայրերի մասին օրենսդրական կարգավորում ընդհանրապես չկա։
