Նիկոլիզմի դեմ պայքարը վաղուց դարձել է ազգային անվտանգության հարց:
Դավաճան-կապիտուլյանտին ենթարկվելը (եթե նրա դավադրության մասնակից չես)` անուղղակի հանցակցություն է:
 
Դավաճան-կապիտուլյանտին հանդուրժելը (եթե տեսնում և հասկանում ես դրա հետևանքները)` նոր հանցագործությունների խրախուսում է:
Դավաճան-կապիտուլյանտին հավատալը (եթե էշ կամ անուղղելի ապուշ չես)` գիտակցված հանցակցություն է:
 
Նիկոլիզմի ավերիչ բանդային ենթարկվողները, հանդուրժողները և հավատացողները` դարձել են դրանց ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի հանցակիցները:
Անվերջ կորուստների այս հանցավոր մաթեմատիկան և արյունալի վիճակագրությունը, ոչ մեկին իրավունք չի տալիս ընդամենը հաշվել մարդասպան ռեժիմի հերթական զոհերի ու կորուստների քանակը, գումարել նրանց նախորդ զոհերի ընդհանուր թվին, հաշտվել եղելության հետ, ու ապրել այնպես` կարծես ոչինչ չի եղել: Նիկոլիզմի դեմ պայքարը վաղուց արդեն ազգային անվտանգության հարց է դարձել:
 
Իսկ որևէ մեկը վստա՞հ է, որ ինքը չի լինելու նոր լոկալ պատերազմի, ահաբեկչության, տեխնածին աղետի, վայրի երթևեկության, ոստիկանական բիրտ ուժի կամ թուրք-ադրբեջանական վնասարար ոտնձգությունների հաջորդ զոհը (թունավորումներ, հիվանդությունների տարածում, առևանգումներ և այլն):
 
Երկրում չկա մարդկանց անվտանգության նվազագույն մակարդակ: Միակ մարդը, որը պարսպապատվել է բացարձակ անվտանգությամբ` ժողովրդի փողերով, հայ ժողովրդի կյանքի ու Հայրենիքի վաճառքի հաշվին բարգավաճող դավաճան-կապիտուլյանտն է:
