Հանրային լողափը՝ ճոխություն, որ իրեն կարող է թույլ տալ Հայաստանը

Աշխարհի շատ երկրներ կարող են հանրային լողափեր ունենալ, սակայն քիչ երկրներ կարող են իրենց թույլ տալ իսկապես բարձրորակ հանրային լողափեր ունենալու ճոխությունը։

Ցանկացած լողափ մեծ ծախսեր է պահանջում՝ շինարարություն, պահպանում, սպասարկում, աշխատակիցների վճարներ, կոմունալ ծախսեր և այլ ենթակառուցվածքներ, այս ամենը լուրջ գումարներ են, և մեծամասամբ մասնավոր լողափերն են կարողանում բարձր մակարդակի սպասարկում իրականացնել։ 

Այս տարվա հուլիսի 1-ից Սևանում գործում է 3 հանրային լողափ, որտեղ առկա են հետևյալ անվճար ծառայությունները՝ ավտոկայանատեղի, շվաքարաններ, հանդերձարաններ, սանհանգույցներ, ցնցուղարաններ, խաղահրապարակներ։

Հանրային լողափերում իրականացվում է ջրափրկարարական ծառայություն, գործում են բուժկետներ և ապահովվում է հասարակական կարգի պահպանությունը։ Բազմաթիվ մասնավոր լողափեր կերազեն ունենալ նույնպիսի ենթակառուցվածքներ, որ կան հանրային լողափերում։

«Պրոմ ինտեր-ինվեստ» ընկերությունը՝ գործարար Նարեկ Նալբանդյանի գլխավորությամբ, մեծ ներդրումներ են իրականացրել, և հանրային լողափերը իրենց սպասարկմամբ ու ենթակառուցվածքներով հաղթում են մասնավորներին և այդ ամենը բացառապես անվճար։ 

Խրախուսելի այս քայլը, իհարկե, չի արժանանա հայաստանյան մամուլի ուշադրությանը, մինչդեռ փոքրիկ մի թերությունը ամիսների խոսելու թեմա կլիներ, թերացման շտկումն էլ ԶԼՄ-ներում բավարար չափով չէր լուսաբանվի։ Մինչդեռ հարկավոր է խրախուսել տնտեսվարողին, բարի խոսքով շահագրգռել՝ հետագայում ևս սոցիալական նշանակության կարևոր նախաձեռնություններ իրականացնելու համար։
