Ի՞նչ խախտումներ էր հայտնաբերել տեսչական մարմինը Սուրմալու առևտրի կենտրոնում

Քաղաքաշինության, տեխնիկական և հրդեհային անվտանգության տեսչական մարմինը «Երևանի պահածոների գործարան» ՓԲ ընկերությունում (Սուրմալու» տոնավաճառ) տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի առիթով հայտնում է, որ ՀՀ ՔՏՀԱ տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավար Գեղամ Շախբազյանի հանձնարարագրի հիման վրա ՏՄ Երևանի տարածքային բաժնի հրդեհային և տեխնիկական անվտանգության մասնագետները 2021 թվականի մարտի 9-ից 16-ը ներառյալ ստուգում են իրականացրել հիշյալ ընկերությունում գործող առևտրի և հասարակական սննդի օբյեկտներում՝ տեխնիկական և հրդեհային անվտանգության օրենսդրության պահանջների պահպանման վերաբերյալ։
◾️Ստուգման արդյունքում ՏՄ մասնագետները հայտնաբերել են ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարի կողմից 18.06.2015թ. հաստատված հրդեհային անվտանգության կանոնների պահանջների մեկ տասնյակից ավելի տարբեր բնույթի խախտումներ:
◾️Մասնավորապես հայտաբերվել են հետևյալ խախտումները.
▪️Կրպակաշարերը, տաղավարները տեղակայված չեն շենք-շինություններից ոչ պակաս 8մ հեռավորության վրա,
▪️Շինարարական հիմատարրերը տոգորված չեն հրապաշտպան լուծույթով,
▪️15 մարդուց ավելի միաժամանակյա ներկայությամբ սենքերի (Помещение) դռները չեն բացվում դեպի դուրս,
▪️Օդային էլեկտրահաղորդման գծեր են անցկացված հրդեհավտանգ հիմնատարրերով տանիքների վրայով
▪️55 քմ գերազանցող մակերոսով բնական լուսավորություն չունեցող սենքերում (помещение) տեղակայված չի եղել հակածխային պաշտպանության համակարգ,
▪️Արտաքին հրդեհաշիջման համար նախատեսված օբյկետների տարածքում բացակայել են առնվազն 1 հիդրանտն ու հակահրդեհային ջրավազանը,
▪️Շենքերը սարքավորված չեն հրշեջ ծորակներով կահավորված ներքին հակահրդեհային ջրացանցով այնպես, որ յուրաքանչյուր կետ ցողվի 1x2,5 լ/վրկ ջրի շիթով,
▪️3500 քմ-ն գերազանցող երկհարկանի առևտրի սրահի սենքերը (Помещение) սարքավորված չեն հրդեհաշիջման ինքնաշխատ համակարգով:
▪️Անկախ մակերեսից 3 և ավելի հարկայնություն ունեցող առևտրի կազմակերպության շենքում սարքավորված չի եղել հրդեհաշիջման ինքնաշխատ համակարգ։
▪️Առևտրի և հասարակական նշանակության սննդի օբյեկտները սարքավորված չեն եղել հրդեհի ազդանշանման ինքնաշխատ համակարգերով։
▪️Հակահրդեհային ինքնաշխատ համակարգերը չեն գտնվել սարքին վիճակում։
▪️«Ա», «Բ», «Վ» կարգի շինություններում կրակմարիչները տեղադրված չեն եղել հրդեհի հնարավոր օջախներից 30 մետրից ոչ ավել հեռավորության վրա։
.Տեսչական մարմինը «Երևանի պահածոների գործարան» ՓԲ ընկերության շենքում հայտնաբերված խախտումները վերացնելու կարգադրագրեր է տվել ընկերության տնօրինությանը։
.Վերջինիս նկատմամբ ՏՄ-ի կողմից կիրառվել է նաև վարչական պատասխանատվության միջոց՝ համաձայն Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ օրենսգրքի 187-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
