Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցին այսօր տոնում է Աստվածածնի Վերափոխման տոնը

Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցին այսօր` օգոստոսի 14-ին, տոնախմբելու է Սուրբ Աստվածածնի Վերափոխման տոնը: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Մայր Աթոռի Տեղեկատվական համակարգը, այդ բերկրառատ օրվա կապակցությամբ Մայր Աթոռի միաբանությունը Պատարագի սրբազան արարողությանը կմասնակցի Սուրբ Գայանե վանքում։

Սուրբ Պատարագի սկիզբը ժամը 11։00-ն է։ Սուրբ Պատարագի ավարտից հետո Մայր Աթոռի Սուրբ Տրդատի բաց խորանին կկատարվի Խաղողօրհնեքի արարողությունը:

Ս. Աստվածածնի Վերափոխման տոնը Հայ Եկեղեցու հինգ տաղավար տոներից չորրորդն է եւ Տիրամորը նվիրված տոներից ամենահինը:

Կցկտուր են Աստվածամոր մասին տեղեկություններն Աստվածաշունչ մատյանում, իսկ նրա կյանքի մյուս մանրամասները, ինչպես նաև վերափոխման պատմությունը պահպանվել և փոխանցվել են Եկեղեցու Ավանդության շնորհիվ:

Ավանդության համաձայն` Սբ. Կույսը Հիսուս Քրիստոսի խաչելությունից հետո ապրել է Երուսաղեմում, Հովհաննես Ավետարանչի խնամատարության ներքո: Շուրջ 12 տարի Աստվածամայրը պահքով անդադար աղոթել է: Այդ ժամանակ նրան է հայտնվել Գաբրիել հրեշտակապետն ու ավետել Տիրամոր` երկրային աշխարհից Վերին Երուսաղեմ վերափոխվելու լուրը:

Աստվածածինն էլ այս բարի լուրը հայտնել է իր ազգականներին ու մյուս բոլոր քրիստոնյաներին` պատվիրելով, որ իրեն թաղեն Գեթսեմանիի ձորակում: Սբ.Կույսը նաև պատվիրել է Հովհաննես առաքյալին, որ վերջինս Սբ. Պատարագ մատուցի, որպեսզի ինքը վերջին անգամ Սբ. Հաղորդություն ընդունի:

Ինչպես յուրաքանչյուր տաղավար տոն, այս տոնին նույնպես հաջորդում է մեռելոց հիշատակման օրը: Այս տոնը Առաքելական եկեղեցու հինգ տաղավար տոներից մեկն է, որը նշվում է ամեն տարի օգոստոսի 15-ի ամենամոտ կիրակի օրը և սկսել է տոնվել դեռ հինգերորդ դարից:
